Air-con noisy and it's cover dropped of in the middle of the night.
Got disturb by breakfast room service in mid of sleep at 6.30am
Staff does not familiar with registration procedure that book via your platform.
Quality of breakfast is bad.
Assigned a cheaper room and upon questioned, give to the room type booked. Even so, the room facility is not to what photo showed.
