The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable—honestly, the bed was so cozy that I fell asleep almost instantly every night. It made a huge difference after a long day. The staff were also outstanding. A perfect balance of space and convenience ✈️ As a frequent business traveler, Holiday Inn & Suites Makati truly surprised me. • Spacious: The room design is very grand, with an open view and a transparent layout that really brightens your mood. Handling business in the room, my thoughts felt clearer, with no sense of being confined. • Utmost Convenience: The hotel has direct access to Glorietta Mall. You can head downstairs and easily take care of dining and shopping, which is an absolute 'time-saver' for busy professionals with tight schedules. • Five-star Service: What impressed me most were the staff members at the entrance. Every time I left by taxi, they would proactively help with my luggage and confirm the license plate number. "MUR requests need to be made with the fromt desk. Extra towels and/or dental kits (outside of declared number of guests) incur additional charges - the front desk tried to charge me outright without even asking fo context regarding my request (there were no dental kits in our room hasn’t even been made up yet.) Housekeeping is not 24/7. Verify their policies and clarify your expectations upon check in. The bathroom in our unit wasn’t draining water properly outside of the shower area so there was always a puddle of water in front of the toilet and sink area. The spaces are from serviced apartment models which feature very outdated interiors and fit-out (the TVs aren’t even smart TVs yet, but you can cook in the units wherein an electric stove and a microwave, plus a couple of pots, pans, and plates are provided). The fridge is full-sized. The breakfast buffet is very basic, but the dining staff members were very accommodating and truly do the best job they can with what’s provided. Good location because it is in the center of Ortigas CBD. If you are just looking for a decent place to rest your head after a day out in the area, this property offers good value for the money. Good for groups for as long as you avail the appropriate room type. The spaces come from a time wherein floor plans for condos were not stingy on space. If you expect top-notch service, there are better options elsewhere."

"The hotel's location in Ortigas, Pasig City, is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Mega Mall and The Podium, and if traffic isn't bad, it's only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. So, geographically, I was very satisfied. However, there were some disappointing aspects regarding the service. It was difficult to reach housekeeping and reception by phone. Even though I booked for two people, there was only one pair of indoor slippers and one bathrobe, which was a bit of a letdown. Especially at check-in, despite only two people being ahead of me and seeing more than five staff members, I still had to wait for almost 20 minutes. I was told they would call me when the room was ready, so I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes. When no one called, I went back to reception only to find out the key was already prepared. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were supposed to include a bathtub, but I was assigned a room without one. It took nearly 30 minutes to get it changed. Thanks to this, I did get an upgrade from a queen to a king bed, but the slow response times, lack of amenities, and somewhat outdated facilities were undeniably disappointing. There was also a continuous thumping noise after 2 AM, and in the morning, I discovered it was due to construction in the adjacent room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue, with hair found in the bathtub. On the brighter side, the breakfast was a neat Asian-style meal. Although the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was decent. Given that I knew it wasn't a brand-new hotel before booking, I wasn't bothered by the older facilities. The unobstructed view and convenient access to nearby amenities and transportation were great, and I was very satisfied with the price. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone looking for a good value-for-money trip."

"Enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat. Check in was a bit of a process and it was definitely a small apartment but good enough for a short stay. The bathroom and living room both stylish and the bed was the most comfy ever ! I want to get the brand of the linen ! Apartment building isn't in the most convenient location but 7/11 is walking distance. To eat our you would need to go to SM Megamall about 15 minutes by taxi. Nice swimming pool but had to pay 200 pesos each. Otherwise a nice and relaxing stay. OK, for a short stay."

"The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent."
