This was a perfect place to stopover. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, room perfect, breakfast great. Nothing but praise.

Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and breakfast covered continental as well as cooked English and cereals. Staff very helpful and let us stay in the foyer later as we were waiting for our boat and it was pouring with rain

The lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden. Von außen sieht es sehr schön aus. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Sehr groß und geräumig. Das Bad sehr groß, allerdings unvorteilhaft genutzt. Mehr Platz für das WC wäre sinnvoll. Der andere Teil des Badezimmers steht einfach leer. Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein und der Boden war in den Ecken sehr dreckig, da hat man wohl schon länger nicht mehr staubgesaugt. Die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Löcher, der Fön war leider kaputt.
Den Wellness Bereich wollten wir nutzen aber dieser ist leider gar nicht schön. Der sehr kleine Whirpool steht direkt am Eingang-sehr ungemütlich. Darauf haben wir dann verzichtet.
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hat alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Auch der Straßenverkehr lässt sich kaum ausblenden. Die Vorhänge mussten immer zugezogen werden, da man sonst andauernd in unser Zimmer hätte rein gucken können.
Das Frühstück war aber sehr reichhaltig. Es gab eine gute Auswahl.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Für den Preis und die Sterne haben wir mehr erwartet.
