This was a perfect place to stopover. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, room perfect, breakfast great. Nothing but praise.

Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and breakfast covered continental as well as cooked English and cereals. Staff very helpful and let us stay in the foyer later as we were waiting for our boat and it was pouring with rain

The lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

The hotel was easy to find. It looks very nice from the outside. The room was like the photos. Very large and spacious. The bathroom was very large, but poorly used. More space for the toilet would have been useful. The other part of the bathroom is simply empty. The beds could be a bit softer and the floor was very dirty in the corners, it seems that no one had vacuumed for a while. The bed linen had holes in some of the beds, and the hairdryer was unfortunately broken.
We wanted to use the wellness area, but unfortunately it is not very nice. The very small whirlpool is right by the entrance - very uncomfortable. We decided against it.
Unfortunately, the rooms are very thinly soundproof, you can hear everything from the neighbors. It is also difficult to block out the traffic. The curtains always had to be drawn, otherwise you could constantly look into our room.
The breakfast was very plentiful, however. There was a good selection.
All in all, the stay was OK, but nothing special. For the price and the stars, we expected more.
