Гостеприимство отеля выше всяких похвал. Да, путь от аэропорта до отеля не близкий, но это стоит того. Отель предоставляет экскурсионные услуги, а они шикарные. Это и поднятие на Сигирию, и поездка в Поллонаруву ( древнюю столицу Шри-Ланки) , и сафари на слонов и много других вариантов. Сам отель уютный, камерный, находится на берегу океана, здесь вкусная еда, свежевыжатые соки, гурманство... Генеральный директор Arshed Refai настолько заботится об отдыхе гостей, что сам каждый день подойдёт к вам и спросит: а всё ли хорошо? И сделает всё, что возможно и невозможно, лишь бы вы отдыхали отлично.

Sun Siam Pasicuda is a hidden gem in Sri Lankian jungle. At Colombo airport you’ll be met by two friendly hotel’s representatives who will take you through the whole Sri Lanka to a perfect paradise on another side of the island. The journey will be long, be ready for that, but it’s quite comfortable with air conditioning and stops for lunch. And you could see all Sri Lanka in its true colours. The hotel is very stylish, clean and relaxing. There’s no buffet but always a-la cart menu. Food is great: you could choose something you’re used to or try some Sri Lankan traditional dishes. Staff is very friendly and really wants to make your stay perfect. I got sick during my stay there and everyone tried their best to make my condition as smooth as possible. They even cooked some beef broth specially for me and brought it to the room with no questions. There’s a very stylish kids playground and even tiny pool just for children as well as a huge one for adults accompanying with a bar with billiard and amazing cocktails. There’s also karaoke and loads of different tours around Sri Lanka! Just loved my stay there. Highly Recommend!

This was the BEST stay we ever had in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and was there for anything we ever needed. The general manager was extremely kind to us upon arrival and went out of his way our entire stay to make sure our family was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s absolutely stunning and a must to visit!

В мае 2024 года отдыхали с коллегами в отеле Sun Siyam Pacikuda. За 5 дней и ночей так привыкли к персоналу отеля, как будто знакомы с ними очень давно. А генеральный менеджер отеля Arshed Refai стал поистине добрым другом! Он лично встречал гостей, постоянно интересовался нашим отдыхом, быстро организовывал исполнение наших просьб и пожеланий. Он создал команду, которая потакает прихотям и пожеланиям отдыхающих, чтобы отдых понравился и запомнился. Здесь нет суеты, торопливости, главный девиз — наслаждайся мгновением! Сам отель не только стильный после реновации, но и максимально приспособлен для отдыха семьей, компанией или только вдвоем. Очень понравились еда и напитки, а ужин в компании с руководителем прошел как дружеская вечеринка. Запомнился и музыкальный вечер в караоке. Оказалось, что Arshed Rafai хорошо поет и к тому же любит русские песни. Совместное исполнение песни про коня из репертуара Любэ доставило удовольствие всем участникам импровизированного концерта. Ну а где веселая музыка, там и зажигательные танцы! Вспомнили мы и былые навыки игры на бильярде. В общем, сюда можно приезжать снова, несмотря на долгий трансфер, потому что здесь персональный подход к каждому гостю, а сама дорога представляет собой знакомство с разными районами Шри-Ланки, достопримечательностями и даже с дикими животными. Иногда на дорогу выходят слоны, живые эмоции от встречи с которыми удачно дополняют комфортный отдых! Сюда стоит приехать снова!

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. From the warm welcome, luxurious room, kind, thoughtful and helpful staff. It was my daughters birthday whilst there and we opted for the specialist dinner in the beach. I can't find enough words to say how magnificent the experience was. The food was amazing, the fire pit, lights, birthday cake, music the list goes on. I honestly cried when we left as it was a truly magical stay. Each individual member of staff impacted our stay so much. Thank you to the bell man through to the management and every single person in between.

We had an amazing time at Sun Siyam, such a fabulous resort and would definitely return. The staff were very attentive and friendly making it feel warm and welcoming. The rooms are stunning and impeccably maintained. Great swimming pool with bar staff attending to our every needs. Relaxed and quiet setting with stunning views of the sea. The food throughout the day and evening was excellent with a good selection. We stayed for four days in one of the bungalows situated on the beach with our own private pool. Our pool was cleaned daily and was a great place to relax before dinner. I really can’t recommend this place enough, we are so happy we chose to stay.

We stayed with Arshed and team for 8 nights; family of 4, boys aged 8 and 10. Sri Lanka in general has been my favourite place to have ever visited. The culture, the people, the food and the stunningly beautiful environment. Sun Siyam optimises all of these in a relaxed effortless way. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The hotel was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. They organised everything, from the pick ups to the excursions, 1 to 1 cookery classes on the beach to whale watching, safari and fishing to name a few. It was humbling to see a hotel care for the area it’s in from employing locals to keeping the beaches clean. The food was exceptional and was paired perfectly to the wine by Thusitha, who also looked after us during our stay. The service was outstanding, and we felt particularly well cared for and the boys were well looked after. This was the first trip I booked without a tour operator but this allowed us to book internal air transfers with cinnamon air without being charged a fortune so the transfer from columbo to sun Siyam was an epic way to begin our adventure. I very much look forward to staying here again. See you all soon.

Arshed and his team were so welcoming and worked hard to make sure our stay was one to remember. Our room and pool were spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. The food was amazing too we came away feeling rejuvenated. 100% would revisit. Thank you Sun Siyam.
