The service was terrible. Room was smelly, the cleaning lady blocked the sewer passage byt just dragging all the dust over the opening, the food was terrible, and any action needed multiple calls to get done. No hot water for bath. Breakfast was included in package but they obly served sandwiches and praratha as a free complimentary service dishes.

Room quality and hygiene was very bad does not meeting the price of the hotel. Looks like a very cheap hotel. Not very welcoming surroundings for couple.

1. They accept only hard copy of id proof, softcopies are not accepted. 2. Rooms are very small, hygiene is average, bathroom are just ok. 3. Service is bad, i had to call 10 times to get extra bedding for which i had already paid extra. 4. Food is good in the restaurant, but a bit costly.

Worst hotel i ever seen they charges for water parking service is very worst they dont have any manners there is no any soap or towel in washroom there not any sliper not any extra blanket or pillow

Convenient hotel at a short distance from railway station. Good tasty food. Staff are courteous. Hot water available 24x7. Leaky taps in bathroom to be attended. Overall worth the money.
