The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the ac wasn't working. To make things worse, there was no fan in the room, so we had to rely solely on the malfunctioning ac. Room service was also disappointingly slow. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations."
