Jaskirat the floor ***ager looking after our private event and the chap on the bar trolley fixing the Whisky were really committed and stood out from the rest. agree with the disposable glass comment made earlier by someone. why do whisky drinkers get crystal glasses and soft drinks in plastic? the young front office chap in the evening was very welcoming on arrival and guided us to the lift and event space

It was peak traffic at patiala. Hotel looked decent enough so checked into it. At the time of check-in staff was perhaps too overwhelmed with traffic and unable to ***age professionally. Was taking too much time even when they had been informed about late check in. At the check out also the lady incharge at the reception was extremely rude. On being asked to share the invoice for the additional spends(over and above room tariff) refused to do so suggesting for booking they are not obliged to do so. Refused to even res-hare the invoice they asked me to sign. Wont recommend this hotel to anybody.

No one is listening and caring what you request them, they people's least bother. Food quality in breakfast is very poor. Seating sofas are very bad in condition. Overall experience in this hotel is very bad

Opportunist and very high price. Poor quality breakfast, looting the customer. No follow up or coordination. Staff highly untrained. Even normal drinking water is chargeable. For everything thing, the guest is blamed, bathroom pathetic.

From reception experience was bad hotel reception staff was not aware abt the booking. Room condition was bad room was smelly furniture was broken was not clean hotel floor was dedicated for renound exam center
