They had carpeted rooms which were stained really bad with gutka or something. Asked for another room which were also similar. Staff is not at all trained to handle situations. There was no hot water one of the days.

Excellent service and staff. Rooms were clean with amenities. They provided excellent vehicle with the driver who was aware about the local roads and shops.

The rooms had a good ambience. My room was even upgraded by the check in staff. However the breakfast was good. There were stale products in the spread like steam vegetables, bakery products etc.

Property and good is good. Some of staff is very arogant, they raised an issue with me because i had a racing cycle of my daughter with me for her national tournament. I haven't face such a problem in my past regarding racing cycle.

Good stay nice property with good well grommed staff. Satisfied the stay. Specially Miss Muskan and Aman very supportive me as well I need. Great property. Nice ambiance many types of varieties in buffet. Rooms are good. Services are good.
