I stayed at the Suppamitr Villa Hotel for four nights, and each day got better and better. The location is great--not too far from the beach/attractions but not too close that it's very noisy at night. The pool is refreshing and clean. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. But what *really* makes Suppamitr Villa Hotel shine is the daily complementary breakfasts, which include both American continental items (such as eggs, sausages, toast, etc.), Chinese porridge and also Thai breakfasts (i.e. laab, stir fry and more). It's probably some of the best hotel breakfast I've had--and I travel for food! And, most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming. Whenever I had a question or request, they would go out of their way to help out. In fact, Jan, the owner, was particularly creative and helpful. Highly recommended!
