It’s kind of service apartments style hotel. A bit old inside. But lady on the reception is nice and allowed me for early check in. Main minuses are water pressure is very low and opposite of the hotel has bar, and noisy all night long.

I stayed one night 27 Jan 2024. I been in pattaya since August 2023 I stay in many many hotels. I had never felt at HOME at any places I stayed but here. The room was large and very clean home style. So clean i couldn't believe it cleaner than the fancy hotel. The pillows you can still smell the good laundry detergent on the bed pillow and even on the towels I smell the cleanness. The room are taken care of as if the owner living in the room. I can't explain how surprised this hotel made me. Quite area in morning and night. Mrs Ben is the most nicest person I met in Thailand and I'm not just saying it. The rooms had a fan and aircon. I never seen a hotel supply a personal fan for the guest. The room also had bowls and dishes and also a face rag body rag and towel. The bed is so conformable and sofa also. (We got the duplex room) the bed felt like back home in America the sofa felt like sofa back home in America. The owner here is wonderful. At night the hotel is very safe with cameras and no traffic. I can't believe I checked out but I had to go to Bangkok when I returned I will stay again. This hotel really is something. Before I forget the other lady that work at the desk and do housekeeping is so sweet and nice and I want to thank her for watching my luggage.God bless I hope I describe correctly how great of a hotel this is. Also there's 7-11 walking distance also a Tops store walking distance there's also a Mexican restaurant right in front of hotel and also nearby luxury restaurant within walking distance

Very good hotel, good bang for your buck. The hotel is very close to the walking street and restaurants are nearby. Also, I like their cozy balcony. It makes my trip in Pattaya!

Super cost-effective, the location is very good, the 50-meter songthaew is convenient to go everywhere, and the roadside supermarket is convenient for life.

Excellent new aparthotel, the walls are clean, it’s nice to stay, there is a mini kitchen, dishes, cutlery, kettle and even a toaster. The bed linen is clean, but there are stains on the pillows. To be honest, I really like this hotel. Technically it is an apartment, but it gives you a very comfortable experience. This hotel really gives people a warm and comfortable feeling, like returning to their own home. The white color scheme and design style, and every detail show extremely high taste and care. Although there is no obvious reception hall, there is a strong home atmosphere everywhere in this apartment, which made me feel warm and relaxed. The service at this hotel is also excellent. The staff refills the room with two new bottles of water every day and always greets guests with a smile. They not only enthusiastically provide the required services, but also take the initiative to care about the needs of the guests. Overall, I can relax and enjoy a good time. The small balcony in the room is my private secret base. I always like to have a good morning. Sit on the balcony to rest and dry your clothes. I had two wonderful nights in Pattaya, both at this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Clean, good service, cool air conditioning, good hot water, refrigerator, microwave, sink, complete eating equipment. Location near Tops 24 hour convenience store, 7-11. There may be places to eat but not loud. There is no elevator but you can walk easily. Parking outside but looks adequate. If you don't have a personal car Public songthaew is at the mouth of the alley. Convenient to go to tourist attractions. Recommend. Rest well and sleep comfortably. Thank you for the good service :)

The actual room is older than in the picture but it's not bad. Stayed for 2 nights but provided drinking water for only one night. The location isn't bad. But there are too many Russians.

Songthaew location is very good A convenience store is also right in front. Close to Jomtien Beach Walking Street is also close by. I recommend it to anyone who walks.

The room has everything: microwave, refrigerator, TV, wide bed, little parking, bathroom smells a bit, wide bed, cool air conditioner.

Excellent hotel, cleaning every day, convenient location, attentive and friendly staff, quiet and peaceful place, the only negative is that there is no elevator

I'm giving five stars for both cleanliness and service. The guy who takes care of the counter is very cute and the service is impressive. Next time I'll definitely rebook again😍
