Newly built hotel, clean room, comfy bed, superb facilities, very clean swimming pools , variety and delicious breakfast. Well maintained equipment in fitness room. There are 2 main entrances, which one is near the main road, another one (google maps suggested) is near Eucalyptus garden.

The hotel is located in the Na Jomtien area, right off the main road, though you have to turn in a bit. It's not beachfront, but they offer a shuttle service at regular intervals. The swimming pools are saltwater, and there are three connected pools, with the deepest being 135 cm. Overall, it's pretty decent. However, the hotel owner seems to be Chinese, as there are many Chinese tour groups, and most of the amenities in the hotel are from China. The breakfast, though, offers a good variety.

The facilities are excellent! Staff there are so friendly and really helpful. I would love to give the gold stars to all the staffs there. Room is spacious and clean. I would love to stay there again in the further.

Great view and comfortable place to take a break

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the rooms. The balcony of the room you're assigned will likely face a parking lot or an empty field. Forget about a lovely little balcony by the pool. The hotel looks new, but the soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear conversations from next door at night! Also, the location is quite inconvenient. You have to walk down a rural path for almost 2 kilometers to get to the beach, and the most crucial thing is there are no streetlights at night, no streetlights, no streetlights! A truly disappointing trip. Everyone, choose carefully!

I seriously question the positive reviews for this hotel. The service attitude is terrible; it feels like a hotel primarily catering to tour groups. The location is extremely remote, with no restaurants nearby, and even a 7-Eleven requires a bit of a walk. Breakfast is mediocre; while there seem to be many ingredients, the quality is just average. You have to take a taxi everywhere, and even then, nothing is close. The facilities are very new, and the pool is large. However, I found hair left by previous guests in my room, but I didn't bother complaining. The service experience was also very poor. I won't be returning.

The room was clean and simple, with good lighting and ventilation. Breakfast was plentiful, and the lobby was bright and spacious. Parking was also convenient. It's a great fit for business travelers and offers good value for money. My only question is, why does Trip.com list it as a 5-star hotel on the booking page?

My partner and I had a fantastic vacation in Pattaya, and our stay at the Wyndham Jomtien Beach was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful. What we loved most was the prime location. During the day, we could easily relax on the beach, and in the evening, it was super convenient to explore famous local photo spots, try delicious local food, or enjoy a drink at an outdoor bar. Overall, it was a perfect trip for two, and I highly recommend it with five stars!

This is a new hotel with a modern design. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities. The beds are soft and comfortable, as expected from the brand. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The breakfast offers a good variety, but it can get a bit crowded on weekends.

The location isn't bad at all if you have a car; there are several ways in and out. The room is airy and comfortable.

Very impressed with the hotel decoration and service. Love the bed, mattress was super comfy! Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Clean property a lot of greenery. Warm Thai hospitality. Breakfast has a big spread. Fitness place is well equipped with very a few people. The only drawback is the location as most of the touristy places are not in walking distance, e.g. Beach area and the places where the massage parlors are. That said, the hurry has shuttle service that drops at the beach (not the main beach), but there’s a restaurant Crab (it’s a must go!).

Everything was great except for the slightly remote location. It was very comfortable, not damp, and super clean. It would be more convenient if you have a car. I'd definitely stay here again. I slept really well, and the room was very quiet.
