It was clean and nice I plan to use it again next time I come. But there were too many group tourists.

This is the first time I am writing a review because of a hotel problem. It has been half an hour since I checked into the hotel room, but the room was still hot. This was later resolved; The scariest thing was that the hotel TV suddenly turned on automatically at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Then I turned off the TV. About 5 minutes later, all the lights in the room automatically went out (I am used to leaving the toilet light on when I sleep in hotels). It was scary. I jumped and walked out of the room. Then I put the room card back in to get the power, but there was no response. One minute later, the power suddenly came on again. The situation was repeated 2-3 times. I informed the front desk. They said there might be a problem with the voltage, and they would send someone to the backend to handle it... I don't understand why a 5-star hotel would make such a mistake, or is there another reason?

The hotel has a shuttle bus, the front desk staff are very nice, the breakfast is rich and nutritious. The room facilities are good, the hygiene is also very good, and you can see the sea view. The price-performance ratio is full!

I especially recommend everyone to try the breakfast here, it's definitely the perfect start to the day. 🍽️🥐Steak and pizza three-piece set is only over 700 baht, which is a great deal! 🌇 Open-air viewing deck: The hotel's outdoor swimming pool and observation deck have super beautiful views! The sight of sea and sky made me almost forget about time. 👀✨ I recommend this hotel to friends who plan to come to Pattaya. Whether it’s price, service or experience, this place can make your trip more exciting! I will choose here again next time I come to Pattaya. 👍🛎️
