Location is ok but the hotel does not have lift and they allotted room on 4th floor and guest have to carry heavy luggage and climb the stairs Room is new but not worth the price. Better to find another one with better facilities

Mini-hotel. Good location. Daily cleaning, thorough. Everything is nearby - the sea, shops.

The location is good. Cross the road and you're at the sea. The room is clean, the furniture is new. There was no hair dryer. The downside is that it's very noisy. It's very hard to fall asleep. The music was turned off after 2am.

Close to the beach, the first floor is a restaurant and the upper floor is a guest room. The price is good. The new house is clean and tidy. Please note that a deposit is required for check-in, there is no elevator, and the check-out time is 11:00AM. The service attitude is good.

The entrance and reception are in the pizzeria. The furniture is new, the room is spacious. It is located on a bar street, the noise and music will be heard until the night, if you like silence, it will disturb you. Breakfast juice and a choice of rice porridge or fried rice with chicken.

The hotel is good, but you should not expect more. There is everything you need for your stay. Household chemicals are limited, they give one disposable packet of shampoo and soap per person per day. There is no shower gel, hair conditioner, etc. They clean every day. On the ground floor there is a cafe with Italian cuisine, the hotel reception is also there, breakfast is included, but the menu is also limited, fried rice or soup with rice. The location is not bad, close to the night market Jomtien beach is right in front of the hotel. There are several bars nearby, if you are the first time and want to visit as many popular places as possible, then this hotel is not for you, you will spend money on transport. It is better to choose an area in central Pattaya, there is a pier from where you can get to the islands, a shopping center, a bus station, the same Walking Street.

The hotel is on the first line. The room is good, the staff is good too. You can arrange to have your clothes washed.

Nice clean small room. Every day they bring water, coffee bag, napkins and paper. We had breakfast included (choice of rice with vegetables and chicken or soup + juice). In general, I like everything, but it is worth considering that it is located on the first line (a stone's throw to the sea) and there are a lot of bars here and it will be noisy until 2 am. Take earplugs with you

The hotel waiters are friendly, the hotel is conveniently located, the facilities are average, and there are many restaurants, bars and massage parlors nearby the hotel! However, I don’t think I will stay in this hotel because it is not the hotel I imagined!

We checked in late in the evening, the staff was friendly, the room was not like in the photo, it was much simpler, it would be fine for a couple of nights, it was noisy outside in the evening, our room overlooked a busy street, for breakfast they offered two dishes to choose from rice soup or rice with meat (pork, chicken), orange juice.

The hotel is very beautiful because it has a balcony and can see the view of the beach.
