Very clean, feels like it has been renovated, and the whole thing is very bright.

In the middle of Jomtien Beach and the pedestrian street, the end of Tutu is the pedestrian street. I didn't go to Jomtien Beach, but I think the route should be similar.
It's just a little far from T21. I went to the one downstairs of Hilton when I went shopping.

Very nice hotel with big enough rooms which are clean and tidy.
Toilet was clean too.
Everyday cleaning of the room too.
Breakfast is good.
