Overall it was an Awesome stay. Pros 1. Location was clam, As it is away from the bars and clubs. 2. Kids will love the amenities (if you’re with your family) 3. Pretty decent breakfast. Mostly Thai and continental 4. Worth stay for the tariff 2600thb/night 5. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy Cons 1. Service was average. Staffs were busy all day. 2. Bit away from main beach (200 Meters away) 3. Not suitable for solo travellers who likes to party

We stayed here because pets are allowed now. We loved that it was located near the beach and also terminal 21.

Nice , clean hotel. Pool on 5th floor is nice. No complaints.

The hotel is good location and have 7-11 nearby, small swimming pool.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms are a bit small. We could barely fit all our stuff inside. The pool area was nice, but mainly for bigger kids. The location was not bad since it's walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and the beach, and there's a good 711 convenience store just outside the lobby. The price was good for this kind of hotel, and it was clean.

Great location ! The hotel is very close to the beach and also to shops (there is one right outside of the entrance), cafes, food places and a shopping mall. There are two swimming pools which are both very nice, one is especially for children. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The view from our room was really nice.

Will be going again , great location , nice room and view , nice indoor parking !

It was really great experience. Their hotel is so clean. Staff are all friendly facilities are great. It wasn’t big but just enough for my family and my kids to enjoy. Will definitely come back again!

Good hotel

Location is good, the room is clear, easy to go every where. The staff is nice.

I feel over expectations the location is very good there are convenient parking lot, there is a 7-Eleven nearby. The room is so nice.

The hotel is nestled in a big compound with other big hotels (IBIS, holiday Inn etc). Hotel location is good walking distance to terminal 11 and Tiffany. Beach near to hotel is dirty I guess due it huge crowd - it’s get cleaner as you wlalk further. The staff at reception is not welcoming - no smiling face at all. Room are very basic (similar to holiday inn express) - does not give the feeling of a 4 star. Room aircon was malfunctioning and it’s took 0.5 for technician to come and check and another 45 mins to fix. Due to heat it was unbearable to stay in room during this period. The breakfast spread was average and had practically nothing other than fruits and breads for vegetarians. The kids pool area was nice though. Overall a 3 star hotel to me - not a 4 star.
