Very disappointed! When checking out, they said they couldn't find the hair dryer bag, but we had no reason to steal their hair dryer bag! We were charged politely and forcefully, and there was no clear list of charges for missing/damaged items. In fact, they were charged at seafood prices! But the waiter was very nice and apologized to us. It’s just a poor company policy! Must improve.

The receptionist explained everything to me in detail, and I was able to check in and out smoothly. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the cleanliness was quite good. The windows are not soundproof. The small facilities in the room are old, mainly the bedding. The four-piece suites all have the smell left by the previous Middle Eastern guest... The price/performance ratio is very good, but if it cannot meet the needs of rest, it is better not to stay. The music is still very loud after 3 o'clock in the morning. The rooms are cleaned well. Breakfast is not very varied but tasty. The view is nice from the room. All amenities are there, clean bed. There is tea, coffee, water, shampoos and gels in the room - everything is there. I liked it, stylish room!
