They charged 300 baht extra at hotel. Staff poor in communication skills, rude and ignorant.

nice hotel with good location, just 5mins walk to Central Mall.

Check in queue was 3 lines long, Grand Bella n Bella Express both share check in counter. Only managed to check in after 10.30pm, expect 2 to 3 hrs check in waiting time. Alot locals Thai with their families n groups, the hotel is part of government sponsored tourism revival program. Had to shorten my stay by 1 day to avoid Sunday check out queue.

Got a very bad room. Or is it because we booked and paid too quickly? Even though they arranged a room for us according to the discounted price, the room was very stuffy, there was no balcony, the room was not soundproof. And the last one is The room has strange things that cannot be seen.😒😒

The worst thing is that the location is too remote. There is nothing around. I stayed one night because there was a hospital next to it.

1. The service of the reception hotel, you can ask me anything, I can answer it, I can give you very good advice, very helpful and supportive. 2. The hotel is quite dirty, the garbage in the bathroom still has tissue left like it can't be collected in time, both in the trash can and outside the trash can. 3. Inform the hotel that there will be 3 residents, but the hotel and prepare the bed for 2 persons, the towels are not complete, will come to fix it for several hours. 4. Food can't eat at all because the hotel has prepared too much food for Indians that they can't eat at all except bread. 5. As for the sound of the Indians making a lot of noise, the room that stayed near the pool, the sound of the children was loud when playing in the water since the morning. The internet could not be used, both 5g and the hotel's WiFi. 6. The location and location is very good because that day is the New Year's Eve, able to go to Bali Hai Cape by walking because the car cannot be taken out due to a lot of traffic.

I stayed in this hotel in April for a day , the hotel is very clean with a trasparent water of swimming pool. The Indian breakfast was good to take. The rooms with bathroom were also good. The staffs are too much cooperative . I will suggest my friends to stay there and shall again stay if I ever go. Walking street is nearby to enjoy. This was my first trip to Thailand. I will rate 5 of 5 felt I was staying in 5 star hotel. This kind of hotel are too costlier in India as they charged nominal charge as comparison to India. Run-down, very overpriced and full of tour groups who enjoy smoking and being rude. Rooms are worth 300B a night. Checkout at 10am which was a good thing as you want to get out of there! Hotel main entrance door held open with a concrete block: sign of a quality hotel… Kettle in room was also rusty inside. If you want a hotel similar to the Crystal Palace from Breaking Bad then you’ve come to the right place!

Booked 3 nights in Bella Express. Reception staff behaved as if you are unwanted. Speak only broken English and most of time, pretend as if not heard. No WiFi in our room. We had to go to reception to get some signal. Breakfast was decent spread but every day Poori was disappointing. Market is close by including famous evening bazar

Actually Bella express was not open but they arrange grand Bella hotel behind, it’s nice with balcony facing swimming pool! Pool was good n big! No need for breakfast, just walk out to try anything!

Good and hygienic. friendly and helping staff . centrally located near to beach . booked through travel agent. group of friends visited for leisure and enjoyment. visited waking street enjoyed fun. will visit again
