They offer me room on 5th floor & no lift. So you have use staircase everytime. Otherwise near from walking street and pattaya beach. 7- eleven back side. Good staff. Clean rooms. Wifi. Warm water. Toiletries.

When I went to check out at 7:00 AM, there was no one at the front counter and no response no matter how many times I called out. Since it was almost time for my bus back to Bangkok, I left my key card inside the front counter and left the hotel as it was. I had left a deposit of 450 baht which was not refunded as I could not meet the front desk staff. I hope they will refund it soon. The only contact number to the hotel is a phone number, (no e-mail address) and as a foreigner, it is difficult for me to communicate with them due to the language barrier, so I have written it here.

The room is clean and the size is just right. I didn't hear any noise. The auntie spoke politely and provided good service. If you want anything, just ask the auntie. *There is no elevator, but it's a short walk up, so it's not tiring.

I stayed here for two nights. The air conditioner in the assigned room, room 501, was not working properly and didn't cool very well (the room got hot from the afternoon sun), so I asked to change rooms, but they said it was full! I watched the situation until the evening, and thought it would cool down and be okay, so the next day I went to a full sauna from noon! It wasn't cold at all, and I had reserved an outdoor room, so I spent most of the time in the lobby... On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room! I was hoping it would cool down at night, but there was a water leak and a sauna! The front desk checked it, and they said it was in a bad state, so I asked to sleep in room 504 at 10pm, and I was able to sleep in a very cold room! If there are no problems, it is a good hotel that is compact overall. Above all, I am grateful for the front desk staff's service!

Normal mediocre hotel. Some rooms are very small and uncomfortable, but some are generally normal. The location is ok - everything you need for relaxation is nearby. The main disadvantage is the lack of an elevator! If you are a fragile creature with a suitcase, then this option is definitely not for you)

There is no elevator, on the 4th floor, walking is tiring, no mosquitoes, find parking around, quiet, near Buakhao Market. The aunt who took care of me gave me two key cards. Coin-operated laundry 24 hrs. Not far away, overall good, not expensive.

Good location, near shopping mall, 711, Hajimebang, comfortable bed. Only downside is there is no elevator and you have to deposit 500 baht for the key card. If you want to check out in the morning, you have to inform in advance. But the staff is good. Sometimes the wifi doesn't work. The staff is not on standby 24 hours. But it's near South Pattaya, not far to walk.
