Room was good and clean. Beautifully setup. Comfy beddings and pillow. Didnt have hot water in my shower. Breakfast needs to improve too. Only basic set and i requested for extra eggs but had to pay more. Overall good hotel and still can improve.

Very nice property and great value for the money. It’s close to the riverfront with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooftop pool is a great way to cool down after exploring the city all day. The front desk employees are super friendly and helpful. I Iiked everything about my stay. I’ll book a room here the next time I’m in town and will recommend it to any friends who travel to VTE.

It was a new hotel so it was very clean and the parking lot was spacious so it was easy to use. The location is great, so it's perfect for finding restaurants and shops nearby.

Good location, clean rooms, good bed mattress, hot shower, friendly young people at reception, free luggage storage, recommended nearby restaurant, delicious food, calls a taxi to the airport, optional breakfast buffet also recommended, Laotian food available, poor sound insulation between rooms and hallways, can hear voices in hallways, within walking distance of night market, convenience store nearby (cash only), good stay

Pros: Clean, good location, all staff are friendly Disadvantage: You may be stuck in a room without air conditioning.

The service in the hotel is average. The hotel has only been open for a year or so! It's probably because of the low-quality furniture from China, and there's a strong smell of painted furniture. I'm very sensitive to this. After staying for one night, I didn't want to stay in the room. It smelled too bad and could cause cancer. The hotel has a safe, and the bedding is very clean. Because I have sensitive skin, it will itch if I come into contact with unclean bedding.

The Hotel has got comfortable and clean beds and Clean towels. They have got free toiletries. The room us Clean and the staff are friendly. I have send a parcel from one Hotel to another Hotel to avoid my scissors from being confiscated at the Lao China Railway Station. The Pool in the roof top IS only Open from 7:00 till 20:00. Breakfast was Not included in the room rate. The Hotel is Close to the Sightseeing spots, Restaurants l, night market. The offer Airport Transfer.
