"Hotel is so close to airport around 7 mins walk plus the ambiance of hotel was fantastic. It's clean and beautiful old hotel. Carpet was annoying with luggage but other than that enjoyed my stay. They have free shuttle service and breakfast which is good. Also It's conveniently located close to restaurant and grocery stores. Highly recommended if looking for a place to stay for an early flight back home."

I would like to thank all the staff, everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Although the hotel is not located in the very center, there is a free shuttle every hour to the night market which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place."

"The hotel's bedding is really comfortable, the bathrobes are also very clean, and the electronic scale is also very good, the overall color is still relatively harmonious. The first stay was very satisfied, the front desk service was very good, we were still working in the lobby, there was a spacious check-in room in the lobby, and it was quite good to have business banquets and talks. The biggest convenience of this hotel is to provide us with great convenience for business guests. You can also drink coffee, tea, and the grid room, which are all considered for our business people. "An Absolutely Perfect Stay – Modern, Relaxing, and Incredible River Views! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the **Ji Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. Incredible Value: First and foremost, the price is very affordable. When you compare the cost to the high quality of the facilities, the beautiful modern decor, and the top-tier service you receive, it is an absolute steal Exceptional Service & Staff: The absolute highlight of my stay was the team. The staff members are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The overall service throughout my stay was very good, making me feel right at home. The Room: As you can see from my photos, the rooms are exceptionally modern, spacious, and spotless. The light-wood design gives it a very clean, calming vibe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the flat-screen TV is massive, and having a private balcony with seating looking out over the Mekong River is just fantastic. Outstanding Facilities: The hotel amenities are top-notch. The rooftop area is stunning, featuring a beautiful pool and a huge outdoor lounge space (complete with a swing chair!) offering panoramic views of the river. It’s the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. They also have a bright, well-equipped fitness center and a brilliant, clean self-service laundry room with modern LG washers and dryers—a huge convenience for travelers. Great Breakfast: I didn't manage to snap any photos of the breakfast section while I was there, but it is definitely worth mentioning! The breakfast provided is very good and the perfect way to start your day before exploring the city. If you are visiting Vientiane, this hotel is a fantastic choice. You get beautiful views, wonderful amenities, truly outstanding hospitality, and unbeatable value for your money"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great stay for several nights at the Chinese-style hotel. The Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. Able to converse in Chinese and minimal english. The room was spacious, neat and clean, also basic necessities provided and met. There’s wet market not far from, a fast food restaurant with delicious burger and some home-based stalls with great food and drinks nearby too."

"The Marlin Vientiane is very well located, and the room facilities as well as the pool area are quite nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is where the positive aspects end. The breakfast service is a complete disaster. Around 10:00 a.m. (breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m.), the buffet was already completely empty. What remained was old, dried-out cold cuts and cheese that looked far from fresh and clearly unhygienic. The overall cleanliness of the breakfast area was very poor and far below any acceptable standard. Communication within the breakfast area was nonexistent. The staff did not seem to coordinate with each other at all, and English communication was practically impossible. It gave the impression that management does not care about the food and beverage operation at all. Shortly after this breakfast experience, I became seriously ill with gastrointestinal symptoms, which strongly suggests a hygiene-related issue. While the hotel offers good comfort and an excellent location, a basic level of cleanliness and food safety should be expected—especially when it comes to breakfast. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel."

"Location wasn't far from shopping district down pongdalan rd, only caveat is the wifi sucks, it cuts out every 10 to 15 minutes, made it extremely hard for work to be done, and for my tiktok. Also, Laos sim card and network cut out ALL tiktok live streams, couldn't access them at ALL... If you're a tiktoker, don't count on doing ANYTHING on it from Laos..."
