Spa hotels in Vientiane

I was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

Advertised as a boutique hotel but with a standard of 3star hotel. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast is served a la carte only. Room seems spacious but lacking in ambiance. Bed super loud and squeaky.

I stayed here with my 2-year-and-6-month-old son and my younger brother. The staff provided us with excellent service. We were welcomed with a welcome drink, and there was a shuttle service to nearby tourist attractions such as Patuxai and Pha That Luang in Vientiane. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff paid great attention to our requests and took very good care of us throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with a luxurious atmosphere. The front desk staff speak English very well, and the restaurant team is equally fluent. I really loved how the hotel truly captures an authentic Lao vibe. However, I’d like to note a few things that I feel a five-star hotel should have. No room slippers provided, which I believe are an essential amenity. No bidet spray in the bathroom, which is pretty much a must-have for modern bathrooms. The bed is quite small for a five-star standard. Normally, it should be at least a King-size (6ft), but this was a Queen-size (5ft). Overall, it was still a great experience and not bad at all. I’m still giving it 5 stars.

I stayed here for a business trip to Laos to carry out my work schedule. The location in the city center made it convenient to get to government agencies and meeting venues. Both the room condition and cleanliness were satisfactory. The staff were friendly and responsive, and my requests were handled quickly, which made for a comfortable stay during my business trip. I was particularly pleased with the spacious room and stable internet connection, which were perfect for both work and relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again on future business trips to Laos.

I had a great experience here — the property is very nice, the room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me by printing a few documents I needed, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were also friendly, and there were many Korean restaurants nearby which was even better. There's also a supermarket about 100m away, perfect for buying souvenirs.

I can't praise the value for money enough! The breakfast spread offers a great variety, and they even have kimchi. The room was incredibly spacious!

Hotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅

Nice hotel location but the Indians staying in the hotel are always staying outside the room near me and are very noisy.
