FFabianKlA perfect hotel in every way. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location is also very convenient — only about 7–10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Prices are fair, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

1118318****I was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

CcrampingpaulLao Plaza is nice and refurbished but many things are super confusing such as hidden water bottles, the pool which is always semi open some times they put on the pool bech seat sometimes not, extremely long power outage, crazy number of wifi hotspots with varying passwords, breakfast food that is mostly good especially the dimsum and noodles but other items such as the cold cut I wonder whether they were spoiled already. Also the maid just happen to clean the room despite the ”make up room” button is not clicked.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time at a casino hotel, the ST Vegas Hotel. It's a great value for the price. Everyone knows it's conveniently located for casino use, and the breakfast was quite good.
Those who get tired from the casino can enjoy a relaxing casino experience.

FFredogzHotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅
