JJennifer (Jenna) ClarkeThis hotel is a pleasant 1 hour and 45 minute drive from Vientiane. The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the forest. The staff were friendly but not many speak English which is totally OK. The resort makes sure it employs local people from the area which I respect whole heartedly. Fortunately there was a lovely and attentive staff member called Bounthone who ensured I got everything I needed and helped me interpret. I left him a tip to show my appreciation. The manager Mr Xay was friendly and willing to assist when needed.
When I first arrived it was the last day of Pi Mai ( Laos New Year) so it was extremely busy with guests coming up for day trips. The day after was quiet and peaceful.
This time of year is dry season. I was disappointed that there was no water in the river and the waterfall as I was looking forward to a fresh water swim! I recommend a visit in the rainy season!
It was a comfortable stay. The food was okay. I will return when there is water in the river.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, spacious, and well-laid out. Unfortunately, I was given a connecting room, and I could hear everything from next door, which was quite noisy. The hotel breakfast would be much better if they offered à la carte options.

GGuest UserHotel swimming pools need to be managed by constantly replenishing the water, but this was a swimming pool that just held water and wasn't properly managed. It was just a bathtub. There was green algae on the tiles.

GGuest UserClose to the airport and within walking distance. The room was quite spacious, but the bedding wasn't very clean, and the bathroom facilities were basic. The air conditioning worked well, but it was very noisy. The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly.

EenenzheAdvertised as a boutique hotel but with a standard of 3star hotel. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast is served a la carte only. Room seems spacious but lacking in ambiance. Bed super loud and squeaky.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time at a casino hotel, the ST Vegas Hotel. It's a great value for the price. Everyone knows it's conveniently located for casino use, and the breakfast was quite good.
Those who get tired from the casino can enjoy a relaxing casino experience.

FFredogzHotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅
