Great
GGuest UserThe hostel is new and very clean, and the service is pretty good. The only issue is that the staff don't speak Chinese, which made communication a bit difficult. Luckily, the owner is a Chinese international student with excellent Chinese skills, so there were no problems with communication. The breakfast was also good.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was tiny, and the service was pretty poor - we turned up 20 mins after we were told the room would be ready, only to be told it was still being cleaned and we would need to wait even longer to get in.
Once in though, apart from being so small that we had nowhere to put our stuff, despite having hand luggage only, the bed was comfy & clean with a proper duvet.
Breakfast was good and warm, cooked fresh to order with a lĆmited choice of options available
ĆĆ9My first time staying at this type of hostel was interesting to say the least, a new person came into our room and this where the nightmare begun. He proceeded to enter at 2am making as much noise as possible when he finally managed to lie down in his bed which was next to mine all
I could hear him saying was ādo not rape, do not killā continuously for 5minutes. He smelt like alcohol and then decided to play with my curtain and open it when I asked him if heās alright and then he left the room. When he reentered the room 5minutes later he walked around before trying to get into my bed when I got spooked switched on the light and told him politely to piss off. He then said sorry wrong bed. He carried on speaking to himself in bed before trying to leave the room not before stumbling around the room. He then reentered a second time and tried to open my curtain and enter my bed again. I was woken up at 2:30am and then again at 3:30am and then at 4:50 am trying to enter my bed for a 3rd time saying āoh yeah wrong bedā now Iām sure this is a one off occurrence but I donāt usually stay at hostels and to experience this on one of my first stays at this place is crazy.
Breakfast was fineāif you overlook the stale pancake. Day one, I got three pieces. Day two, only two. At this rate, by day three Iāll be fighting for my single, lonely slice.
GGuest UserClean and comfy beds, big common area with sofas, chairs and working tables. Located in a quiet street easy walking distance from bus station and to night market/Mekong.
Rooms do not lock and are easylie accessible by strangers. A lot of Moskitos why they burn Moskito spirals in the evening. Even inside the rooms. After two nights everything smells of smoke.
Breakfast was disappointing. Choice of 1 Egg, 2 Toast or noodle soup. First day 08:20am toast was out. You get iced coffee or hot tea. No hot coffee included but can be bought..
Restaurant below the hostel is quite expensive even though you get 10% discount as guest.
Most personal do not speak English. Apart from a map with the surroundings on the wall they show you on the quick tour no further information is provided.
Llia2025The staff are really kind. They assist you with any help. Food is great and i love it so much with coffee! I love the room temperature, wifi is great. There rooms are clean and toilets too! I love the balcony, wifi is fantastic on that area. The location is near night markets and stores, also near from banks where you can exchange currency. I love to stay here again! The people that owns and works here are nice people. We will definitely gonna come back to this place š
GGuest UserThe reception answered all my questions in a good manner. It was nice to take a nap in the lobby while waiting for the check in time. Yes it was loud by some other guest outside the door but that's not managements problem. For some reason many complained about loud guests at night and I had the similar problem. Shower and toilet area is good. The reception answered all my questions in a good manner. It was nice to take a nap in the lobby while waiting for the check in time. GGuest UserPerfect location, and comfy rooms. However, rooms description are misleading (no private bathrooms nor triple rooms). The staff was not very helpful with inquiries about the stay, and were never the same from one day to another (so impossible to get an answer or need to re-explain every time).

SSelenaAPThe hotel was decently clean. The bathroom vanities were old and slightly crusty, but everything else was satisfactory. The pool is a nice size, cool, and clean, but the area around the pool is quite small! If the hotel is crowded, using the pool is difficult if you donāt go early to reserve some space. Seating is available in the onsite restaurant at any time (we didnāt eat there), and there is a pool table and foosball. The location is excellent- within easy walking distance to many places!
