Amazing
GGuest UserVery easy to reach location.
Great Brand.
Nice people.
Comes across the hospitality is still a “new” thing per se.
But am sure the earnest people of the Kingdom of Laos will be the future of things to come.
Awesome.

Amazing
33135****The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, everything feels very new. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering both Asian and Western options. The service is warm, attentive, and they even have Mandarin-speaking staff. There's a swimming pool, gym, and massage rooms available. The hotel is beautifully situated right by the Mekong River with stunning views. Just downstairs, the vibrant night market is bustling with people and activity. This is truly an international standard five-star hotel.
GGuest UserLarge, modern and impressive hotel. The bedroom was beautiful and very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower plus bath tub as well. For all that, the service was generally poor if not unacceptable. On one occasion I had to ask for/order coffee on four times over a 20 minute period before my drink arrive. The breakfast buffet was extensive and generally good, although the breakfast coffee was at best luke warm on the first day and stone cold on the second day. Having passed comment both times, the coffee on the third and final day was acceptably warm but still not hot. The worst experience was ordering some snack type hot food one evening and having waited for 2 hours, choosing to give up go home feeling miserable (and hungry). The duty manager admitted to the hotel's mistake and offered took responsibility for the bill, although the hotel staff did try to charge me the following morning upon checkout, I left the hotel without feeling as if I was a valued customer, rather a feeling of being a second class citizen and unwanted guest.
DDoubleParkerThis has been my number one go to hotel in Vientiane for 3 years now, and it never disappoints. The staff is incredibly sweet, the rooms are spectacular with amazing rates, and the breakfast buffet is, hands down, the best I've experienced in Laos. They even have an app that you can download and install that makes ordering everything from room service, to basic amenities, to even yoga and fitness equipment delivered directly to your room, as easy as could possibly be, with an in-app chat feature that offers you direct, immediate communication with the staff for more specific, custom requests or questions. Honestly, I've never used a hotel app before, So I can't really compare to others, but this is pretty first rate. Also... They have a pool that overlooks the Mekong River, with an adjacent ”splash bar” where you can order food and drinks just a few feet from your lounge chair. It also has a fantastic gym that features an aesthetically-cool lighting system that somehow makes me look really good. Not sure how they did that! 😂👍 It's also walking distance to the famous night market (a 25-minute walk), which puts it just out of the way enough to offer a relaxing stay-in environment for a quiet, productive or lazy night in the room. Did I mention it's a 6-minute drive to/from the airport? Ya, believe me, that comes in REAALLLLY handy when you need it!!
ÆÆ9My first time staying at this type of hostel was interesting to say the least, a new person came into our room and this where the nightmare begun. He proceeded to enter at 2am making as much noise as possible when he finally managed to lie down in his bed which was next to mine all
I could hear him saying was “do not rape, do not kill” continuously for 5minutes. He smelt like alcohol and then decided to play with my curtain and open it when I asked him if he’s alright and then he left the room. When he reentered the room 5minutes later he walked around before trying to get into my bed when I got spooked switched on the light and told him politely to piss off. He then said sorry wrong bed. He carried on speaking to himself in bed before trying to leave the room not before stumbling around the room. He then reentered a second time and tried to open my curtain and enter my bed again. I was woken up at 2:30am and then again at 3:30am and then at 4:50 am trying to enter my bed for a 3rd time saying “oh yeah wrong bed” now I’m sure this is a one off occurrence but I don’t usually stay at hostels and to experience this on one of my first stays at this place is crazy.
Breakfast was fine—if you overlook the stale pancake. Day one, I got three pieces. Day two, only two. At this rate, by day three I’ll be fighting for my single, lonely slice.

Very Good
여여행미니This hotel has clear pros and cons.
Although it is located outside of the main center, it is still about a 20-minute walk to the tourist street.
There are no special facilities. The restaurant is small and does not open late.
Because the surrounding area is industrial, you don't feel like you're in a tourist area.
There are also restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
But that also serves as an advantage.
The advantage is that you can use a spacious room at this price while taking a taxi and not planning to go out at night.
This part is better than I thought.
Above all, unlike tourist streets, the industrial businesses are completely closed at night, making it breathtakingly quiet.
If you want a spacious room for the price and a quiet evening, this could be a good option.
But do I go to restaurants and bars at night, or do I need nearby restaurants and supermarkets that open late at night?
Then this may not be a good choice.
Hygiene isn't bad, and the shower room is okay. The TV and air conditioner work well without any problems.
Above all, for this price, the room is spacious, so from my point of view, I have to unpack the house.
Even though it wasn't a great hotel, it was a decent hotel.
And there is a hamburger restaurant next to the back entrance on the first floor, and it is delicious.
If you stay here and like burgers, give it a go
Chicken burger is delicious ^^
AAnonymous UserI don't like the noisy and mixed Sanjiang, so I moved here. The environment is very good. The room is large, spacious and bright. There is a balcony where you can see the swimming pool. It is very quiet. There is a washing machine and a large refrigerator. You can wash 2 days of clothes.
MM224423****The hotel is right next to the mall, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I fell in love with this place after just one day. The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!
KKurzaWe had many difficulties at this hotel.
What was good: the rooms were clean, despite many negative comments regarding cleanliness. We had all necessary things in the bathroom, hot water, etc. The aircon in the room worked fine and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.
Breakfast is quite average and not much food for Western people. There are some things to eat such as fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs but everything else are Asian food.
What was bad:
- Check-in was an absolute mess. The reception area looks like a ghost town with only one person checking in guests on a Saturday. We waited very long to be helped.
Finally, after long waiting time we reach the room to see that someone else already occupies the room. Due to a severe lack of English from the receptionist, we explained there is someone staying in the room and that we need a different room. He nodded that he understood and typed on his computer, scan a new room key but gave the same room number three times. So three times we had to explain that we need a COMPLETE DIFFERENT ROOM since there are already guests inside. This took very long. We got a new room finally but it was a twin room and not the type of room we booked.
- No sound proof walls, we can hear our neighbor coughing in his room at night
- The gym is not functional at all. So many broken machines that we were not able to use the gym during our stay. There is also no air conditioner in the gym even for when it’s maintained better.
- The elevator buttons are not working properly, the button to close the elevator door doesn’t work at all.
Generally this hotel has the potential to be much better. Management seriously needs to improve these shortcomings.

Good
AAileen JuhlRooms are quite big and the room was clean.
Rooms with river view were even bigger.
Location was nice - very close to night market .
The Hotel itself looked pretty old with old carpets and strange smell. There was no internet on Sunday and I was not sure if they were not able to repair on sundays or if this was normal on Sunday.
The Pool was unfortunately really green and I did not dare to go in .
Breakfast was very simple and the breakfast room was so not nice - old not well maintained. Better book without breakfast .
