FFabianKlA perfect hotel in every way. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location is also very convenient — only about 7–10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Prices are fair, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

RrealgigiExcellent, I love it! I'll definitely come back to stay again. The coffee is delicious too. It's close to Patuxay and walkable, but if you're going to Si Hom Market where there are a lot of food stalls, you might need to take a ride. Everything was good, perfect!
However, I wish there was a mirror in the bedroom.

GGuest UserMintra Hotel in Vientiane is a wonderful place to stay — comfortable, clean, and very well-located. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and effortless, which made a great first impression.
The room was tidy, modern, and spacious, with everything prepared nicely. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and overall I had a very relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and it really felt like a clean and cared-for environment.
The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages — close to cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and key places in Vientiane. It was very easy to move around the city, whether walking or using transport.
Breakfast was simple but good, and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the hotel. It’s a great place for both business trips and leisure travel — comfortable stay with good value for money.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Mintra Hotel Vientiane for anyone visiting the city.

1118318****I was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

I would like to thank all the staff, everyone is very kind and always ready to help.
Although the hotel is not located in the very center, there is a free shuttle every hour to the night market which is very convenient.
Highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient with tons of dining options nearby. The room was spotless, cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and handled both check-in and check-out very efficiently. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted good too. Definitely great value for money. I'd absolutely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!

A few things missing like a safe, pool towels.
First room we got was uncleaned and not serviced. We were moved to another room.
The room was well set up. Not much available for the kitchen area.
A funkie smell in the kitchen, toilet area.
Cleaners came daily but were a bit hit and miss.

Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the mall, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I fell in love with this place after just one day. The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!
