"I really enjoyed my stay at The Boutique Hotel. The rooms are peaceful, the AC works great, and the bed is really comfortable. I also appreciated the quality bath products and the helpful front desk team.
Breakfast is fairly simple—mostly Western basics with a few Asian options—but the coffee is delicious. The location can't be beat: it's within easy walking distance to both the morning market and the night market. The pool well maintained and very refreshing after a days exploring."

Kenyko23Great location as this is my second time stay this hotel. But I would like to complaint the Manager wearin suit (A women with very bad attitude and rude), I wear hotel slipper since 12th July 2026 to breakfast, but on 14th July, 2026, she saw I wear the slipper and restricted me to enter the breakfast area. I told her I wear hotel slipper to breakfast since 12th July, 2026, then a staff look at me and allow me to go in the breakfast area. I wanna highlighted there is several hotel guests wearing the hotel slipper same as me to breakfast everyday.
Please highlighted to the hotel Management on this incident.

The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo traveler. The bedding was very comfortable, with a charming French floral pattern, and the curtains were lovely too. The flowers and plants in the garden were just right. Check-in was smooth, and all the male staff were very friendly. On our last day, they even helped us contact the driver when we were taking a taxi. Compared to the room and surroundings, breakfast was a bit disappointing and somewhat basic. A lady at our table ordered the wrong thing, and when the food finally arrived, there wasn't much of it. Oh well, we were planning to go out for coffee and pastries anyway. I originally chose this hotel because of the black and white checkered tablecloths in the restaurant. Overall, the value for money isn't exceptionally high, but if you like an authentic French style, this could be a good choice.

Every time I have a layover in Vientiane, Laos, I stay here. The shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The breakfast starting at 6:30 AM also gives me enough time to catch my domestic flight from the airport. I'll definitely keep staying here in the future. This time I got a membership card that I can recycle, but I'm not sure how to use it?

Guest UserThe room is very spacious, especially the bathroom area. It offers excellent value for money and is one of the few modern-style hotels in Laos at this price point. Plus, you get free bicycle use, which saves a lot of hassle and is enough to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared, simple yet practical.

Clean and good quality hotel.
On the downside, the air conditioning let a large puddle of water inside when it started to rain outside.
At breakfast, where we arrived half an hour before it was due to end, the hot food had run out.
The picture shows all the protein I could find in the thermal bath. There wasn't even an omelet or eggs available in the open kitchen.

Our room was set back from the road, so it was nice and quiet at night. The owner is Chinese, which made communication very easy, and they were also incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an affordable and practical place to stay, this is a great choice.

Facilities: It's an older hotel with a unique, artistic design. The Wi-Fi speed was also decent.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: Not far from the Arc de Triomphe, a quick tuk-tuk ride gets you there.
Service: Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. They offer laundry service, and while there's usually a charge for multiple items, they did my single item for free, which was a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered, a staff member offered me a glass of orange juice, which showed great customer service. The front desk lady was very lovely and polite to guests, and she had a real sparkle in her eyes! 😁

Guest UserA truly satisfying stay! 👍 The environment is quiet and elegant, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are warm, polite, and responsive. The facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to the Arc de Triomphe, making transportation convenient and very safe. The breakfast caters to Chinese tastes, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese. We were very happy with everything and highly recommend staying here!
