"Hotel is so close to airport around 7 mins walk plus the ambiance of hotel was fantastic. It's clean and beautiful old hotel. Carpet was annoying with luggage but other than that enjoyed my stay. They have free shuttle service and breakfast which is good. Also It's conveniently located close to restaurant and grocery stores. Highly recommended if looking for a place to stay for an early flight back home."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A wonderful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are excellent with a great variety of options. I would like to thank all the staff, everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Although the hotel is not located in the very center, there is a free shuttle every hour to the night market which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place."

"The room was tiny, and the service was pretty poor - we turned up 20 mins after we were told the room would be ready, only to be told it was still being cleaned and we would need to wait even longer to get in. Once in though, apart from being so small that we had nowhere to put our stuff, despite having hand luggage only, the bed was comfy & clean with a proper duvet. Breakfast was good and warm, cooked fresh to order with a límited choice of options available"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the **Ji Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. Incredible Value: First and foremost, the price is very affordable. When you compare the cost to the high quality of the facilities, the beautiful modern decor, and the top-tier service you receive, it is an absolute steal Exceptional Service & Staff: The absolute highlight of my stay was the team. The staff members are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The overall service throughout my stay was very good, making me feel right at home. The Room: As you can see from my photos, the rooms are exceptionally modern, spacious, and spotless. The light-wood design gives it a very clean, calming vibe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the flat-screen TV is massive, and having a private balcony with seating looking out over the Mekong River is just fantastic. Outstanding Facilities: The hotel amenities are top-notch. The rooftop area is stunning, featuring a beautiful pool and a huge outdoor lounge space (complete with a swing chair!) offering panoramic views of the river. It’s the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. They also have a bright, well-equipped fitness center and a brilliant, clean self-service laundry room with modern LG washers and dryers—a huge convenience for travelers. Great Breakfast: I didn't manage to snap any photos of the breakfast section while I was there, but it is definitely worth mentioning! The breakfast provided is very good and the perfect way to start your day before exploring the city. If you are visiting Vientiane, this hotel is a fantastic choice. You get beautiful views, wonderful amenities, truly outstanding hospitality, and unbeatable value for your money"

"The hotel was very clean and well-ventilated. There's a convenience store and some small restaurants nearby, which is handy. It's just a little over 2km walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a top choice if you're looking to save some cash!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the stunning city views from there. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"The hotel is right next to the mall, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I fell in love with this place after just one day. The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!"
