"The room was tiny, and the service was pretty poor - we turned up 20 mins after we were told the room would be ready, only to be told it was still being cleaned and we would need to wait even longer to get in.
Once in though, apart from being so small that we had nowhere to put our stuff, despite having hand luggage only, the bed was comfy & clean with a proper duvet.
Breakfast was good and warm, cooked fresh to order with a límited choice of options available"

LLex Fee.This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location in the city. The hotel is brand new, it just opened. So there's a chance to sleep on a completely new mattress and pristine, crisp linens. The hotel offers breakfast on the rooftop – it's a modest buffet, but it has everything you need (instant coffee, juices, eggs, bread, jam, sausages, hot pho bo, cold fried rice, and fruit). I especially want to highlight the staff's service. The young women and men are extremely responsive, kind, and always smiling, ready to help guests at any moment. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and dedication. You guys are truly amazing!
Special thanks to the hotel owner, who offered a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station, and then conveniently forgot about it 😂👍🏼

MMymyeNew, spacious and well located hotel. Swimming pool was great. The service was terrible. To each of our requests. - do you have some ice, some milk, can you post this for me, can you fix Netflix - the answer was systematically, no. It seems the staff have no idea what customer service is. They look as if they have come straight out of school. They have time to scroll on their phones, but no time for their guests. Coming from hospitality management myself, I would say that this hotel is badly managed. In my opinion it needs to be addressed if you wish to have a successful future.

CCurious PotatoesGood hotel for the price. Aircon could be more effective, but good there was both an aircon and a fan.
The breakfast was from a vegetarian perspective difficult. I could eat toast bread with butter.. the fruits were not fresh and had flies all around them. Even for my partner that eats meat the breakfast was mediocre.
The funny thing is we had a la carte the day after at the same cafe (after breakfast closed) which was a HUGE difference. Actually good food.
XXiaoweiLifeFacilities: Very well-equipped.
Hygiene: One of the better hotels I've stayed at these past few days.
Environment: There's a construction site nearby.
Service: Good, the front desk staff all understand some Chinese.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very old, the room facilities are average, and the bathroom has a peculiar smell.
The front desk guy provided good service and solved the problem in a timely manner.
GGuest UserI've stayed here many times but never got around to writing a review. This time, I wanted to briefly share my experience. Every visit, the service and ambiance are consistently excellent, just as I remember them. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are also very welcoming and always quick to assist with any issues, which is really reassuring. Overall, the quality of service at this hotel has always been great, which is why I keep choosing to stay here.
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient! Right next to the Bank of China, and only a 2-minute walk to Parkson. It's also easy to get a taxi from here! Would I stay here again next time? Definitely. You can even see the river view. Some of the staff speak Chinese, which is a plus. You can't compare this to hotels back home; for local standards, it's really good. Breakfast was decent and enough to eat.
Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

II am CThis is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs.
Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly.
