AAowupimengwangThis hotel met my expectations and then some! First off, even though the staff were Lao, they all spoke Mandarin, so communication was a breeze.
Secondly, the room offered fantastic views of the surroundings, and the facilities and decor were on par with a five-star hotel back home. This was definitely a highlight. The only minor downsides were that the bathroom felt a bit off-putting, and the air conditioning filters could use a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, the experience was excellent.
Then there's the airport pick-up service – the driver arrived almost an hour earlier than I expected, which meant I could get straight into the car upon exiting the station. I arrived at the hotel super early and was able to check in. My flight landed at 9 AM, and I was checked in by just after 10 AM, which was incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were also great; their Mandarin recommendations for local restaurants were all fantastic. However, there was a slight hiccup regarding transportation to the train station. One staff member told me there were no direct public buses from the city center to the high-speed rail station, suggesting a taxi or the hotel's shuttle service for about $10. The price was tempting and comparable to a taxi, offering great flexibility, so I'd still recommend it. But I found their explanation confusing because I had read on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) that there were indeed shuttle buses from the city. Another staff member was more straightforward, saying there should be a bus but admitted he'd never been to the high-speed rail station himself and suggested a taxi might be a better option.
Overall, the minor issues don't overshadow the positives. I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right opposite the Vietnamese Embassy, and the Arc de Triomphe is just a two to three-hundred-meter walk away. In China, this location would be comparable to the Beijing Hotel on Chang'an Avenue.
The hotel restaurant staff, including the bar service, were all exceptionally good and made us feel very comfortable.
The room was also very comfortable, beautiful, and fully equipped with all the amenities. There was even a free mini-bar with complimentary coffee, tea, beer, and other beverages.
Now for the complaints!
Our checkout day was Laos's National Day, and the area in front of the hotel was scheduled to be closed off. This crucial information was not provided by the front desk during check-in! We only found out about it when we saw a notice letter placed on the desk in our room after we had already settled in.
Upon learning this, we specifically went to the front desk to inquire if we would be able to get a taxi to the airport on National Day despite the road closures. Different shifts of front desk staff all responded vaguely, saying they weren't sure. They had known about the road closure in advance, so why didn't they inform us before we checked in, allowing us to make alternative arrangements? This goes against their self-proclaimed five-star hotel service.
Furthermore, during checkout, the front desk cashier didn't know how to use the card machine. After struggling for a long time, it was only when we prompted them to ask a colleague for help that the issue was resolved. Even more incredibly, they included a bill for charges that were not ours!
Third, on the morning of December 1st, we inquired at the front desk if we could exchange some small change for US dollars. A lady with glasses at the front desk coldly stated that they didn't have US dollars. I then asked, ”Then why did you collect a $300 USD deposit from us upon check-in?” However, that same afternoon, another staff member at the front desk readily exchanged the small change for us. Why the discrepancy? Was it intentional or just negligent?
In summary, the front desk staff at this hotel conveyed an inexplicable sense of superiority, yet their capabilities were limited, and they shirked responsibility.
Finally, there aren't many shopping or entertainment venues near the hotel. Its city-center location, high level of comfort inside the rooms, and excellent rooftop bar are definite advantages. This is just for everyone's reference.

XxM_zxxThis was the first hotel I stayed at in Vientiane. It's a bit far from the old town, but conveniently close to Parkson and the Bank of China, which was great for currency exchange.
The hotel has a lot of greenery, and the room itself was decent. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was one of the better ones I had during my trip to Laos, with both the main course and the buffet offering a good variety.

FFabianKlA perfect hotel in every way. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location is also very convenient — only about 7–10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Prices are fair, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

MmisukanEvery time I have a layover in Vientiane, Laos, I stay here. The shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The breakfast starting at 6:30 AM also gives me enough time to catch my domestic flight from the airport. I'll definitely keep staying here in the future. This time I got a membership card that I can recycle, but I'm not sure how to use it?

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient with tons of dining options nearby. The room was spotless, cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and handled both check-in and check-out very efficiently. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted good too. Definitely great value for money. I'd absolutely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!

LL. AriunaaThe reason we choose this hotel was it was closer to train station and offered free drop off service. The hotel is located at outskirts of Vientiane and so it took some time to get there. The breakfast had mostly Chinese food. The swimming pool and area around the hotel was nice, especially at the evening after hot day. The reception person didn’t speak English but with the English-Chinese translation app, there was no problem of communicating. There was a strange smell so the reception called the repair man who has cleaned the airconditioner dust and it cleared the air.

MM458170****My friend said the hotel location was good and the price was reasonable, so he told me to book the cheapest option. I chose a windowless room and it turned out to be quite nice. The window was in the bathroom, which had both a shower and a bathtub. It looked pretty clean. Laos seems to have a lot of wood, and the wooden non-slip mat in the shower was creative. I wanted to leave a good review for this hotel, thumbs up! 👍
