BBryan KwangThe Adler is an excellent choice hotel in the heart of Old ZĂźrich. As a global business traveller, I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This hotel offers the perfect location to see ZĂźrich with a short 10 min walk from ZĂźrich HBđ Train Station. The single room is sufficient, clean and well stocked with a kettle, coffee, tea, slippers and a gift cloth shopping bag. If you need extra complimentary beverages they are stocked in the fridge on the 1st floor stairwell. Checkin was fast, and you can pre-checkin on your email link. At the time of writing this, there was some city construction of the surrounding streets due to underground work. Hopefully this will be completed by early spring. Should your shoes get a little dirty, there is a shoe shine machine on the 2nd stairwell. The breakfast is a healthy Swiss style breakfast of fresh bread, croissantsđĽ, yogurts, fresh warm boiled eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmonâ¤ď¸ , cheese, cereals, lots of fruits, milk, juice and an excellent coffee machine for the perfect creama coffeeâ.
I had the opportunity to have cheese fondue in their restaurant and let me tell you, it is fantastic! Thank you and see you again! Regards from đ¨đŚ B

GGuest UserThey locked the door with the key so my parents couldnât enter their room on the 2nd day. Receptionist said: if you donât pay for the breakfast  we donât open your door. We were still staying for another and like everywhere in the world you always pay at check out.
The day after they put on a ticket at our car with the message: if you donât pay for our parking we go to the police. The day we arrived they said it was ok and we would pay again at the check out.
I never ever had this issues with another hotel and trust me I travel a lot.

HHappygirlisme 1Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Room was a little small but enough for us to rest in for a day. Had a good night sleep and location wise was good. Near to Zurich HB about 10 mins walk from station. We were carrying 2 large suitcases only had 1 challenging point where we needed to carry them up a flight of stairs on the way to the hotel from the train station.

AAnonymous UserHelvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably cleanâeven the shower screen was nearly spotless.
The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good nightâs rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel.
The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, itâs about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers.
Overall, itâs a solid choice, and Iâd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich.

I felt good as soon as I arrived in Zurich and I was satisfied because the accommodation was clean.
It's not as far from the station as I thought:-)
There's nothing you can't find around here and you can walk around Zurich.
It's great to see the night view and go home.

FFeiziyuThe hotel is a bit of a walk from Zurich Central Station, about 15 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take the tram from Bahnhofstrasse, which is about three stops away. I booked a single room, so it was on the smaller side. It's a non-smoking hotel, which meant I, as a smoker, had to go to the small garden behind the lobby to smoke. Because of this, I got to know the front desk staff quite well, and they were all super friendly. The manager, who is from Nepal, even offered me coffee for several days, which was really nice! There's a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby, run by Thais, and the food is delicious â very much to a Chinese palate! It practically became my daily canteen. As for prices, well, everyone knows how expensive Switzerland is. It was about 30 Swiss francs per person, but that's actually quite affordable for Zurich. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next business trip to Zurich!

TToppyroomNot bad. I like here cuz I can check-In without staff. It is close to transportation such as trains and shops, making it convenient but It was not clean much and during the day I felt very hot. However I think they have everything for me.
