The bed was broken and old. Only one glass, a few cutlery, no detergent and dish sponge. There are no hangers for clothes.

Very messy when i did check in then they start clean when i entered my room and there was nothing in bathroom like handwash or bath soap as well as they even dont have drinking water very bad experience

The room is very poor, there is no front desk, no service, I only received the check-in email after urging. Worst experience in Switzerland! Strongly not recommended.

Very poor condition, blood stain on the wall and dirty bedsheets. Toilet full of dust and the bath tub is smelling. Location near the train station but feeling unsafe with a lot of drunk people on the street. We have to leave the place immediately.
