Amazing
GGuest UserAn old luxury hotel with a very good location, right by the lake. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop around. The room facilities are also well maintained. Fruits and bottled water are provided every day. Flowers are carefully placed in the room. It is indeed Warm-hearted and has the feel of old-style luxury.
CChong Tze ChienI had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference.
The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure.
The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.
GGuest UserThey locked the door with the key so my parents couldn’t enter their room on the 2nd day. Receptionist said: if you don’t pay for the breakfast we don’t open your door. We were still staying for another and like everywhere in the world you always pay at check out.
The day after they put on a ticket at our car with the message: if you don’t pay for our parking we go to the police. The day we arrived they said it was ok and we would pay again at the check out.
I never ever had this issues with another hotel and trust me I travel a lot.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are quite new, and the hygiene is excellent. My room, facing the garden, was quiet and had large windows for ventilation. The location offers good value for money. However, the front desk staff's service attitude was mediocre, and they couldn't resolve issues promptly. The hotel doesn't provide conditioner by default; guests have to specifically ask for it, and even then, it's not immediately available. You have to wait until housekeeping staff come on duty to get it. It's very unusual for a four-star hotel not to provide conditioner. Furthermore, the front desk was unable to address immediate requests, expecting guests to either sort things out themselves or wait until the next day for staff to come on duty. This falls short of the service standards expected from a four-star hotel.
JJudgeJustinAfter surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.”
The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze.
The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience.
If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!)
We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.
GGooJetI had a genuinely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest.
In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. It’s clear that attention has been paid to the details that matter for a comfortable stay.
If I visit again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again. I’d also be happy to recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.
CChee FattI booked a room with breakfast included. However, during check-in I was told breakfast was not included. I need to verified my booking with the email voucher to the front desk and she amended it. Regretfully, the next few days, I need to re-verify with front desk again because the waiter/waitress said breakfast was not included.
The property description mentioned that each category is provided with air-conditioning but I cannot operate the temperature and fan speed because they are centrally controlled. Also, in the room details mentioned that slippers are provided but was not.
WWe360goWe had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The customer service at the front desk greeted us warmly and mentioned that they would make our final hotel experience during the trip a wonderful ending. They delivered our heavy luggage to our room without us even asking, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we had come from Zurich. :)
The breakfast offered a variety of options, although it still needs some enhancement. The meat section is made to order to ensure freshness, but we didn't notice that clause written in the menu.
The hotel's location is strategic, being close to Zurich's old town and shopping districts. The tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, and trams pass right in front of the hotel. Fortunately, our room was located on the quieter side of the hotel, and we were glad to have a balcony in our room.
BBaibaiyiyiThis hotel shares a building and front desk with an Ibis. The room was quite spacious, with central air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen facilities. It's about an 8-minute walk from Zurich main station, which is very convenient. Be aware that you need to actively request room cleaning at the front desk, otherwise, it won't be done. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was poor; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
MMarc1Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!
