"Check-in independently is cheaper, but it can be troublesome if problems arise. The hotel has a manager's phone number available via WhatsApp, but there are no service staff, so problems can't be addressed immediately. For example, there were no blankets in my room, and I forgot my things when I checked out. Although the manager handled the issue by phone and provided good service, it wasn't immediate. This might not be suitable if you frequently need staff assistance. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the S23 intersection, one stop from Zurich HB. There's some noise from the train at night, but it's acceptable. Finally, the hotel has heating but no air conditioning. I heard it can get hot to over 30 degrees Celsius in the summer, so be aware."

This hotel is a very famous and luxurious hotel in Zurich. It has the ultimate soft and hard facilities of a five-star hotel. 👍👍👍The location is unique and I will stay there again. However, the housing deposit of 200 Swiss francs has not been returned to the original card so far, which is a bit out of touch with work.

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

In addition to expensive, the scenery is invincible, because it is very convenient to travel on the mountain. There is a cable car directly to the hotel.
The restaurant is delicious and the room is very clean

Guest UserThis hotel is located in a new area of Zurich, which makes it ideal for business travelers, though perhaps less so for tourists. Downstairs, there's a food street and a cinema nearby. It's also in a well-designed district frequently visited by locals. The hotel's own design is decent. However, if you're a tourist, I'd suggest staying closer to the city center, even though this hotel is only about a 10-minute drive away.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and parking was free. Although the surroundings were a bit desolate, the hotel's Thai restaurant served delicious food. Overall, the experience was decent. However, Sarah at the front desk was quite unprofessional during check-in, which was a drawback. Also, the TV mysteriously turned on several times in the middle of the night, so I had to unplug it.

After arriving at the local train station, you'll need to transfer to a tram, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of large luggage. The staff are very friendly, and there's a welcome drink, ice cream every day, and coffee and tea are available 24/7.

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and the place had a wonderful ambiance. It's a highly recommended hotel; while not cheap, it's absolutely worth the price. It's situated in the financial district, right next to China Construction Bank. Nearby, there's a supermarket, a tram stop, and plenty of Thai restaurants. My overall experience was excellent.
