Best Business Hotels in Zurich

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

All are very good, health, equipment, service are very good, why Chinese restaurant is not bad, really delicious Hunan food....................................

Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Location made it quick to walk to train/ferry station to take a very enjoyable ferry ride ride on Lake Thun to then enjoy a day in Interlaken and then the train ride back. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend!

Dear EMA House Team (1 Nordstrasse Zurich) I have been staying with you on and off since May 2023. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. Love, love, love this place! We were actually sad to leave. Booked it as we wanted a hotel with a kitchenette because we have a toddler to feed. The hotel is of a very high quality (and quite posh, actually). Very professional staff. My toddler loved the space to play. We never ate at the restaurant. Just bought our breakfast from the local supermarkets. So can't comment on their breakfast or restaurant. Has a nice little gym area, lovely big lobby area to sit in and a small outdoor space hidden away too (just go out to the outside restaurant seating area and turn left). All of which we enjoyed! I wasn't sure if the location would work when we booked this, as it's not in the city centre, but it turned out to have so many perks, we would rather stay here than anywhere in the city centre if we came again to Zurich! Perks include being really close to a big train station that can take you to loads of places very quickly, including the airport and city centre, etc. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance, you're actually spoilt for choice. It's much calmer than the city centre so sometimes it felt like a welcome relief to come back here. Lovely green spaces nearby to take children and it felt very safe. There are 2 laundry rooms but you have to go to reception to book a slot to use them. One of the receptionists gave us tips to use it, which was invaluable as we were short on time. Another receptionist had no clue, and booked us in for too short a slot, just FYI! Can get very busy, so you need to book a couple of days in advance. There is no way to buy single portions of detergent so you will end up buying a household-size pack from one of the supermarkets. None in the hotel's vending machine, as one of the receptionists had suggested to us, unfortunately. We gave our box to reception, so hopefully some guests won't have to buy like we did!

Cozy hotel conveniently located in old town Zurich. We stayed here for 4 nights in May and had reserved 2 rooms for 3 adults. We got rooms on the first floor conveniently close to each other and we're decent size for the location. Rates are a bit pricey like other hotels in Zurich but the amenities of the property, location and most importantly the hotel staff make the choice value for money. Located nearby all attractions, transportation and restaurants there's plenty of choice. The breakfast spread is amazing and a great start to the day. Excellent breads, cereals, salmon, meats and eggs cooked to order. Coffee machine. The staff are very helpful don't hesitate asking for local recommendations that one wouldn't otherwise be aware of. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is just opposite the convention center, with convenient transportation and dining. The room size is worthy of 4-star standards in Europe. The room does not have an ironing board, which is not like the configuration of Holiday Inn.

Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

In general everything is good. The mini bar is free which is great. However I was unhappy when I arrived at the hotel but nobody at reception and no one answered call. We spent minutes walking around the hotel trying to find some staff to help us. Finally the reception guy showed up, he was just watching the view outside the door without uniform and didn't notice us. (we thought he was visitor like us)
