Really lovely experience, every staff did their best to serve us. Free apples at reception. Great location, very close to Zurich HB. Room was very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast too!

Seriously, is this a 4 star hotel..?  I have to say, this stay was genuinely disappointing. The staff member at check-in was outright unfriendly, offering none of the warmth or professionalism you’d expect from a hotel welcoming guests. What’s worse, we were placed in a room directly next to an active construction area, despite other rooms clearly being available. On top of that, the construction noise wasn’t something we were consulted about — we were simply informed of it at check-in, as a done deal, with no opportunity to request a different room. That’s not how guests should be treated; being told after the fact isn’t the same as being given a real choice. Between the poor customer service and the lack of consideration in how this was handled, this stay fell well short of a standard I’d expect from any hotel taking its guests seriously. I would think twice before booking here again.

We stayed in river facing room with balcony. You will get one of the best views of the city. Rooms were recently renovated so felt like brand new apartment

Clean spacious room. Very centrally located. Just a few meters from. The main station. Nice breakfast. Only downside was the room was not ready to check in even at their check in time of 3pm. But the lounge was large and spacious to relax while waiting for the room. Also there was some construction on site and on the road outside.

Great location and decent breakfast. Stayed here for 5 nights. Omelettes were great during breakfast but the breakfast was the same every day. Staff were polite.

Location is near the Zurich train station and close to the walking trail for tourist attraction! Breakfast is delicious
