Transportation is okay. Take tram line 4 from the central train station towards Altstetten Bahnhof Nord for 8 stops. Get off across the road and behind the Swisscom building. The facilities and services are in line with the Renaissance brand, and the breakfast team's service is efficient and standardized.

Hotel has refused check in late night on new year eve that’s the pathetic part from such an reputed hotel as my guest has checked in there many times before also but then also they refuse as she was not carrying the id which is supposed to be in their system before we still awaiting the better response from them to rebook it for free to compensate our new year ever for my guest birthday which is on 15 March 2024 we will await for it 🙏

It's in an industrial area, but it's very quiet. There are three supermarkets, big and small, just a minute or two walk downstairs. There aren't many restaurants around and they're not tasty.

As a Renaissance Hotel of the same level as Marriott Hotel and Marriott Hotel, its decoration, facilities and supporting facilities do not meet five-star standards at all. There is no bathtub, no soft drinks in the Mini Bar, the lobby is small, and the hotel's dining space is very tight. The Cambodian guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us detailed instructions on travel routes and transportation plans in Zurich. It can only be said that there is no comparison between foreign five-stars and domestic five-stars. For a room priced at 2,500cny per night, the experience is exactly the same as that of a domestic express hotel...
