I am satisfied. The location wasn't exactly close, but it was okay as it was easy to get to from the station by tram. I recommend it as long as it isn't too late at night.

The check-in code must be obtained by phone, but most tourists do not have phones and only data. We were given a room on the ground floor, which was completely different from the booking picture. We were constantly woken up by the noise from the corridor outside at 6 a.m. The cleanliness of the room is average. There are really many spiders and spider webs in the room. The towels and toilets are not very clean. The quality of the room is really average and old. Maybe the price is very cheap in Zurich. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Always easy to reach by phone (even at 2 a.m.). Another advantage was that you could leave your luggage after checking out.
Otherwise quite clean and tidy (a few spider webs and insects in the corners of the room, but not bothersome in themselves).
One of the cheapest things you can find in such a great location in Zurich.
