3-Star Hotels in Vientiane

I had a very good stay at their hostel. Accommodating and very easy going. The staff of both the hostel and the cafe are friendly and warm— always smiling. The location is pretty accessible as well, as it's near the main road. And all that for a very affordable price. Highly recommended. 10/10 would definitely be my go to place if I come back to Vientiane.

Quite convenient. This is probably the best-equipped hotel near the airport. There are plenty of options for food, drinks, and even massage services nearby.

acceptable for the price. clean, friendly staff, close to everything. the room (double room) was very tiny, ac working but not great. we put it on 18 but it was still quite warm in the room. mattress was far away from soft but also not hard like a brick. they offer free drinking water dispenser but moat of the time it was empty or not working.

The hotel room is not really beautiful but functions well. I can have good sleep here, it’s really quiet. Good noise cancellation. Some lights in the room doesn’t work normally and the Internet didn’t work at all. I can’t use the Internet even to do the most simple tasks such as checking Facebook. Moreover, after logging into the Internet here, my 5G seemed to have problems and I couldn’t use InDrive anymore, making booking car to airport the next day difficult. Nearby, there is no really excellent restaurants, but I can use InDrive bike hailing service to come to good restaurants and sightseeings about 1.2-5 km away from the hotel. The price is not expensive, just around 20-35 kips/way. The hotel also allowed me to change my booking date after I requested 3 times. It’s a big help to me and make my trip easier. The room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

The rooms themselves are somewhat clean and fresh. Its quite even though there are 18 beds in the room, there is enough space for the luggage, the lighting is too dark though after the sunset and you will need to use your phone. Downside: the cleanness is awful, the toilet seats are broken, guys piss on the toilet seats and no one controls it of course. Even though it is mentioned in each toilet that there will be fine for that. As well as not to smoke but someone still does.. and maybe it won’t be a big deal if there is at least TOILET PAPER that could be used to wipe that **** but you can barely find it! They said they are short on that, come on.. no towel, no toilet paper are provided, no decent cleanness.. come on, this place has so much potential! The volunteer guys at the reception were quite nice though, especially Brazilian guy very polite and helpful. Thanks!

OK room for cheap price and very good service the staffs was very helpful , we arrived to hotel at10AM and they allow to check in and get in to the room, when we got into the room A/C didn’t get cool, So we told the staff and they immediately change to another room for us But there was no refrigerator and the bed had squeaking sound when you toss and turn but we sleep pretty well.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room had excellent natural light. The housekeeping was exceptionally well done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. Overall, the experience was superb and offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring Vientiane. Getting around and finding places to eat was a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The owner was very kind and responsive to all our needs. They even offer currency exchange and there's a supermarket, making it excellent value for money. Best of all, the hotel has an elevator, and the supermarket on the first floor sells local beer – it was so relaxing to sit by the entrance and enjoy a drink in the evenings.

The Panda hotel is new and WILL be an excellent hotel when the transition is complete. The location is good the rooms were clean and comfortable. On arrival I was shown a room where the new TV didn’t have a power lead and the curtains didn’t close properly and when I pointed this out the receptionist found me an alternative with functioning curtains but again no tv remote, this wasn’t a problem for me as I had my fire stick to watch the football. The reason that I say this will be an excellent hotel is the staff, they went above and beyond in order to make my stay as comfortable as possible from organising taxis to ordering pizza nothing was too much trouble. The new owners of this hotel really are very lucky to have found such competent friendly staff members whom I would have no problem employing here in the UK having previously managed a four star hotel here in the UK. The staff make the difference and turned what was going to be a cancellation into a very pleasant stay and I will return next year. I recommend you stay here.
