New hotel, clean, spacious room Importantly, it is a non-smoking hotel as well. Very suitable for anyone who doesn't like cigarettes. There is also soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a dryer provided. Price includes breakfast The staff are very nice. The service is very good. I'm impressed. 👍

Basic simple hotel with modern bathroom. Great, but noisy location opposite the night Market. Great price-value option, keeping your expectation realistic. The only negative we have is that the room was waaaay too hot and the air-conditioning was not very strong, so it couldn't cool it down quickly, making it bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The people at the front desk were friendly and nice.
Breakfast had a variety of items, but basically it doesn't change much every day.
There were a lot of vegetable dishes, and there were several types of bread, so it was good.
However, I think there are days when the price is a little higher.

Great location in the centre of the night market and by the Mekong River. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice coffee shop. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety and clean. Would 100% stay there again.

The location is good, opposite the night market.
Staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast was ok, the coffee wasn’t great.
The room really needed a good clean the floor was filthy and the sheets not great.
