Don't be fooled by the pictures and ratings on Ctrip. This is a very bad hotel. The hygiene is the worst I have ever encountered. The facilities are also very poor. Although the 240 hotel is not very expensive, there are no toiletries including shower gel and shampoo. There is no way to rebook a nearby hotel during the Songkran Festival. After playing in the middle of the night, my hair and face were covered with mud and sea water. You can imagine that there is no shampoo and shower gel. The facilities and sanitation are even worse and disgusting. The balcony is locked with an iron fence. Looking outside is like being in prison. There are traces of unknown residues on the sofa. The ceiling is moldy, and the so-called sea view is just a parking lot full of sand. The smell inside is indescribable. I contacted Ctrip to deal with it right after I checked in, but coordination alone can't solve it. I was deceived by Chinese software abroad. I was really angry.

Overall it's too average, just make do if it's cheap. The bathroom is even dirtier. The pictures on the Internet nowadays are all very fancy, but after staying here I found that it's just a hotel style.

The hotel is old, the rooms are large with balconies, and the bathrooms are old. Breakfast is rich but not many varieties. The key is that the location of the hotel is a bit off, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Century 21 Supermarket.

The hotel is little far, need to walk to get access, The rooms are decent - little old but the facilities provided are good, There is a smell from bathroom due to lack of ventilation. overall a decent stay during holidays. Breakfast - good amount of varieties.

The location is very convenient, very close to the West Lake. There are many restaurants to eat everywhere, and there are many large shopping malls nearby. It's just that the hotel is a bit old, but everything else is good. Fortunately, there is also a shuttle bus to pick you up.

I had surgery and was recovering for a week. The staff took good care of me. The location is as close to a nice mall as it is to many local merchants and restaurants, but is of the main road enough to be a quiet stay.
To no fault of their own, there is a hotel/club down the road that holds loud events, late at night. All I could hear was bass in my sea view room. That is a part of Thailand I'll never understand, lol. They don't seem to mind imposing loud music on people who didn't ask for it.
C'mon, Thailand, you can do it better!!!🤣🤣🤣

The hotel facilities are complete and advanced, hygienic and clean. The environment is close to the sea. It is very convenient to take pictures and swim. The service is in place and very friendly. I will come back for vacation next time.
