Nice hotel,.The short guy staff at the reception is a bit rude and very unfriendly but other staff are nive & smiling especially the staff at the breakfast buffet area,.🥰🥰🥰

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures. It’s very uncapped and needs to be painted. The food was nasty. The service was horrible. They’re mean and disrespectful. Except one front desk attendant, Name Aaron he was very nice and helpful.

This chain has multiple branches in Pattaya. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and underground parking is available. The overall cleanliness and tidiness are impressive. I'd highly consider staying here again on my next visit to Pattaya.

Everything was nice, especially the room. Breakfast is good. Staff should not hang mops and rags in the yard, that's ab bit repulsive. The old wall looks rather depressive. Add plants and flowers to make the environment more attractive.
