Overall, a good hotel, location - to the beach street - 10-12 minutes walk, to the northern bus station - 20-25 minutes walk. Next to the hotel 7-eleven, and not far away is a big Big C. Also very close to the hotel, but you can't hear it at night - the famous "depraved" street of bars - Soi 6.
The rooms are very spacious, cleaning is daily, a deposit of 200 baht per key.
Slightly tired furniture, not the most modern household appliances, but quite working - microwave, thermos, large refrigerator (which is rare for Thailand), stove, extractor hood. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes.
A good pool with a jacuzzi area.
Definitely recommend.

A family of 12 booked 3 rooms for 4 days.
The beds were different from the ones we booked,
and the hot water didn't come out, so the group got angry.
We used it for one day and couldn't use it for 3 days, so we moved to another hotel nearby.
They didn't give us a refund.

Really disappointed with this hotel
It's a noisy hotel, people running around the corridors in the middle of the night and yes you do hear the music from the nearby nightclub. The staff do nothing about the noise from other guests.
The rooms are very dated and need upgrading. The sad thing is you could make the rooms really nice with just a little bit of investment. When we arrived in our room there was ashtrays in the lounge and bedroom, so obviously smoking is permitted.
The window in our room would not lock either, so anyone could have climbed through it
The facilities you see for this hotel is not actually from this hotel. They are from the sister hotel round the corner. Breakfast is also served at the sister hotel and not in this hotel
Housekeeping is a effort too, they will only give you more water bottles when you return the old ones
Everything seemed like a huge effort for the front desk staff
We were to stay here 22 nights, we left half way through and checked into another hotel
