Decent location. And the hotel is big. Rooms are spacious with regular amenities. 👍 Cleanliness could improve.

I stayed at Golden Jomtien Beach hoping for a relaxing getaway, but the experience was largely underwhelming—with a few redeeming qualities. The sea view is a major letdown. Upon check-in, I was initially given a room with no view at all. After complaining, they moved me to the top floor, but even from there, the “sea view” is largely obstructed. To make matters worse, there’s an active construction site directly across the street, so expect noise and dust throughout the day. The room itself was poorly maintained. The balcony was dirty, which defeated the purpose of having one. All the blankets and bed sheets had visible stains—nothing that looked freshly laundered. The bathroom door also wouldn’t close properly, which is just basic maintenance. On the plus side, the location is okay, the staff were friendly and responsive to my complaint, and the breakfast was decent for a hotel at this level. But that’s really where the positives end. Overall, Golden Jomtien Beach feels tired and overpriced for what you get. It might work for a no-frills overnight stay if you get a good rate—but don’t come here expecting comfort or that view.

My girls love the pool and a water slide. The property has easy to access to Jomtien Beach. We satisfied our room with the sea view from the room. We got a technical trouble with the inroom AC, at9.30pm. The reception was promptly asked a hotel technician to fix within 15min. We'll definitely return if we're coming back to Jomtien.

Nice hotel with friendly staff Next too night food market Nice too hang out by the pool with great views of the beach Breakfast was ok We stayed here 5 nights and decided to eat breakfast outside after 2 nights Nice restaurant's and 7/11 near by If in Jomtien again will stay here Very easy to get on a Baht Bus ( songthaew ) into Pattaya Only takes about 30 minutes That's why this hotel is in a fantastic location

Pros: good location, decent price, good staff (some) Cons: not good for families since you can hear neighbors (especially when they make inappropriate noise at night and you can hear everything). We asked help from staff and they did. Kudos for that Pool is decent but slide is a bit dangerous for small kids

Breakfast is not very large but always well stocked. Clean room every day and the staff is really helpful and smiling. I recommend this hotel

Very old hotel giving a feeling of being abandoned soon, only booked it as it’s a last minute booking so nothing else was available during Xmas, the hotel has to be renovated to be operating properly

No laundry room. Poor breakfast selection. Very small balcony. Wonder why it is rated 5 stars.
