Location is not good, everytime need to call BOLT when you want to go out...7-11 is far also...room is big & aircon is cold, but the blanket quality is very old style & bad...while the room rate is cheap. Suitable for a short stay.

The person who cleans the room is very good, but the housekeeper doesn't speak very well, making facial expressions when checking in. Very good and fast, well integrated, but stuck directly at the housekeeper.

Spacious. Neat. Clean. Inexpensive. The room is cosy and it has all you need. Go for it.

Not close from beach but near shopping center

The things I really did not like were the very uncomfortable bed, no desk in the room, old smelly bed sheet, cockroaches in the rooms and walls. I would not recommend a westerner stay here Also the owner sent me to a totally different hotel than the one I booked for some reason.

I booked a deluxe room after looking at the room guide with photos on TripAdvisor, but was initially assigned a standard room. When I went back to explain that I had booked a deluxe room and showed them the photo, I was told that the room in the photo did not exist! I gave up, thinking that there was nothing to be done about it, but... I wonder what the right answer was! It's a long-established hotel, so it was average, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The only amenity provided was soap, so you need to prepare yourself. It's convenient that Big-C is right in front of the hotel! Trip, please check the photos of the deluxe room.

The room is clean, worth the money paid. There are complete facilities. There is a chance to come back and stay again.

The air conditioner doesn't stay cool. The room is ok. The water is very strong. It's behind the Big Chi, easy to find things to eat.

It is a very cost-effective hotel with a good location. The room is large enough and has a balcony suitable for smokers. The facilities are relatively old but it does not affect the accommodation. I would like to stay in this hotel next time I come to Pattaya.

The overall picture is good. The room may have a slightly musty smell. But I'm okay with the price I paid.
