Staff aren’t always proactive and initially muddled up my booking, you need to be very patient with them. The hotel itself is great value and the rooms are stylish but the doors have these dreadful locks that reverberate when other guests close their doors. All in all, a very good location, not for those who like peace and quiet. There is an exceptional Indian restaurant at the back of the hotel called TARKA, (ambiance staff should take note of the service there!) and a 7-11 nearby too - the beach is a 5 minute walk.

Overall, it's good. The location is extremely advantageous and the sound insulation effect is also very good. I was originally worried that it would be noisy on Boy's Street, but it was actually fine and the service was very friendly. It's a pity that there is no elevator in the suite. We have two big suitcases. I carried it up, and there was no waiter to help me. I was so exhausted.

The hotel is located in *** bar area and does not accept children. I suggest that women should not stay here either. In addition, the hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for dining, shopping and transportation. It is only a three-minute walk from the pedestrian street.
