Good Area, Very kind workers and wonderful breakfast. Overall experience was great and even recommended coming back. (TV were not the best but wasn't there to watch TV all day)

The environment is very average. The front desk check-in is very arrogant. The service attitude is not good. The room is very humid. However, it is not far from Pattaya Beach. There is a street market downstairs. The location is very good.

Not very friendly staff at the reception desk. Two lifts out of service. Very dated interior. Looks 10 times better in the photos than in reality. But you pay for what you get.

Lovely hotel check out the beautiful original fresco paintings throughout the large lobby. Haven’t written a bad review here before but despite wonderful assistance from I think Apo and sone others at least three desk staff were directly rude and unhelpful. Three people individuals made no attempt to listen or assist me and I was just made to feel like the stupid foreigner on several occasions. I would stay again but I won’t expect much from certain individuals who really didn’t want to help. Every other place I’ve been in Thailand is lovely, kind helpful and charming - but two or three individuals here shouldn’t be in the international tourist service industry 😔

If you want to experience the feeling of a customer being treated like a servant by the front desk, you can stay in this hotel. The front desk will be disrespectful and ignore you the whole time. The smell of mold in the room is very serious
