The facilities standard of this hotel is similar to that of a Chinese farmhouse. Overall, the environment is completely incomparable to a serious five-star hotel. I don't know how it got so many good reviews online. The location of the hotel is very remote and you have to drive to travel. The facilities and public parts of the hotel are very basic. 
The service of the hotel is okay, this may be the only praiseworthy thing

The worst experience in Pattaya. There was no hot water in the room and I couldn't take a bath. Most importantly, the fat black service staff at the front desk looked down on Chinese tourists, which was really uncomfortable. I will never come here again. I can't be happy if I spend money.
