Every day we had many drivers dropping off customers and those people come to exchange money with us all the time. The money we have in our cash flow is reserved for guest. If you can imagine, should that be the responsibility of the driver to provide change for you. meanwhile, this is also the responsibility of the hotel when guest come to buy things from us. We need to prepare money exchange for guest. If that was the last thousand baht we had and you were the one who got it. After that, it is our responsibility to continue finding small bank notes to have change to other guest. However, other events than that, it makes you feel uncomfortable.
