Гест нормальный, но нам не подошёл. Все требует ремонта. Мы привыкли к большему комфорту. Отличный душ, супер расположение через дорогу от моря и в 50 метрах от рынка. Кондиционер тихий, большой балкон и мало солнца. ТВ и wifi достойного качества для просмотра YouTube. Очень простое заселение, залог за ключ 200 бат(возвращают при выезде). 7/11 прямо на углу. Питьевой воды не было, чайника нет, есть только два стакана в холодильнике. Я бы не смог рекомендовать этот объект для долгого проживания. 1-2 ночи максимум. Мебель конечно убитая и всё обклеено текстурной бумагой, как любят делать в Паттайе, и больше я такого не видел в Тае

We stayed in this hotel for 20 days during the New Year holidays. I chose it because of the location: the sea is across the road 1 minute, the night market with the mill - 2 minutes.
The embankment to Jomtien is currently being repaired, so tuk-tuks only go one way. They go to the center along the second street (5 minutes walk up).
The hotel is comfortable, the air conditioner is new and silent, the water is hot at any time, - there is a water heater, cleaning every day. Balcony with a view of the sea. The staff is friendly, they help with everything. At our request, they gave us the 2nd floor, the noise from the street did not interfere. There are many cafes around, 7/11, pharmacies.
We are very happy with this hotel.

Not good at all. The employees are very harsh and speak badly, looking down on customers, grandmothers, grandchildren, small rooms, cramped, deep corridors, not clean, not recommended.
