Incredibly rude. Told me I had no booking but I'd already paid. So rude and aggressive I decided I didn't want to stay anyway. Clearly there was a mixup with the booking company but she was so unnecessarily aggressive about it. I wouldn't stay here, the rooms looked grim anyway
