I booked a hotel by mistake. It was a bit far from the city. The room was dark, the breakfast was terrible, and there were no slippers. I can only say that it is cost-effective, so it is better to stay in the central part of the hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights as a couple was very comfortable. 2 pools. The only negative is they could provide 2 pillows per person and there is only enough tea and coffee provided for 1 cup. Apart from that close to the beach.

Super friendly reception, very helpful. Hotel, pool area, rooms clean. Good sleep possible due to beds and quiet... only some guests were not always considerate. The storage space in the closet and bathroom in the Crystal Room is really limited.

Even though I arrived late at night, the front desk staff gave me a welcome drink. It was delicious. When I asked what kind of drink it was, they kindly searched on their smartphone and told me.
All the other front desk staff were also kind and willing to take me to and from the hotel in a tuk-tuk. You can also rent a bicycle for free during your stay with a deposit of 1,000 baht. There is also a small pool, so this is a highly recommended hotel.

Hotel in a good location. Good rooms. Comfortable beds. Pool not really suitable for swimming. When I was there, there were a lot of Russian guests with a corresponding cultural appearance. You have to like it.
Friendly staff, but not really warm and accommodating.
Breakfast is just bad! Limited selection and poor quality. I have never experienced anything like it in a 4 star hotel.
Just toast. The cooking s*** was stored in warm water, no cheese, coffee and tea were left stale in the pot on the hotplate, only 2 types of fruit, no yogurt, the rice dishes unseasoned and tasteless.
The room cleaning is so-so...
Towels are changed, but after 2 weeks you could see the dust that had not been wiped off the shelves. Bed sheets were rarely changed.
Bottom line: I won't book there again. You can get something similar next door for much less money...
