I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Veranda Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel's elegant and well-appointed decor immediately set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony, which offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape and was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The hotel's staff was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local dining and activities, their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.
The hotel's on-site dining options were also noteworthy. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the in-house restaurant offered a menu of expertly prepared, locally-sourced dishes that were a true delight for the palate.
Overall, my experience at the Veranda Hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a elevated and memorable hotel stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

This was a second time we have stayed in this hotel. Very friendly and polite staffs. I think the government kindly developed the beach by loading a huge amount of sands around the hotel area. That make the guest can walk to the beach directly to public area and some restaurants nearby

Extremely poor experience. I booked a room at the Veranda Hotel online and paid for it. The website stated that I could cancel and get a refund . Due to a change in plans, I requested to cancel the booking within one hour and called the hotel to follow up. The hotel claimed they had no record of the booking and directed me to contact the travel agent.
The next day, trip.com staff call back say the hotel couldn't issue a refund. After filing a complaint, they said they were looking into it. A day later, they told that because a third-party agent was involved, a refund was not possible.
I advise everyone not to book through this company. If any issues arise, no one will follow up.

Some employees provide good service. Some people have slow service, security guards in some zones sit and sleep.
The golf cart seat has no sense. that the customer is standing and waiting Drive to park and then walk to do something else. Many male employees in this zone should improve their service because they do not care about customers.
Breakfast, buffet line, not many. Good service staff But the management is still not good. causing people to come and compete for seats Without going through the staff and arranging chaotic traffic zones, the Egg station zone should have at least 2 people because one person couldn't make it in time and personally the Omelet, Seafood Omelet didn't taste good yet.
Menus written in various stations such as ham and bologna are not available. The sign should be changed to update the menu. Noodles have not yet passed. And the pork porridge doesn't have pork.
Advantages: spacious room, cool air conditioning, strong water
